This dissertation aims to identify pathologies in four buildings in the Viseu region of Portugal, analyze the causes of their manifestation, and propose solutions for rehabilitation. Two pathologies related to humidity were selected, as these most affect occupant comfort and building aesthetics. A rehabilitation project was developed for these pathologies to enable repair work. The dissertation also aims to illustrate the methodology for preparing a housing pathology rehabilitation project.
