Description: The project involved E-Pay order Transaction Tracking System application which facilitated relevant
employees of FINO to capture and process all ePay Orders, and mainly help in tracking an EPay Order through
its transactions and fund distributions. The system helped in partner institutions like banks in viewing the
status of the ePay Orders. Major features included uploading and distributing transactions to end customers
according to the EPay Order file, Allocation, Validation and disbursement of funds, till the time it reached the
end customer, carded and non-carded transactions, and finally, reconciled transaction and funded data
through their different channels.

between FINO and the agents (Bandhu) who were in direct contact with bottom of the pyramid customers. Since
these Block coordinators had to work on field including travelling to various remote areas to meet the agents, it
became very difficult to track the location of the Block coordinators. To make sure that the Block coordinators
are performing their tasks with integrity and keep a track of their tasks/activities, their attendance record and
to manage the cash flow requests between the agents and BCs, the D2 application was developed.

first institution other than State governments to sign up with UIDA. LIC was very keen to build a robust and
secured platform which was integrated with their existing core product KYR. It was also integrated with LIC’s
Website to managing customer queries.
