1. ISBT Anand Vihar
– Proposal finally approved in the UTTIPEC governing
body meeting after many revisions/modifications by
UTTIPEC on 28 Aug ‘09.
– NOC received from AAI.
– Authority approved & granted the project for
Environment Clearance on 18.01.10.
– NOC from DPCC is received.
– Applied for Tree cutting permission. Modified drawings
also submitted on 29.3.10.
– Drawings and Documents resubmitted to DDA for
approval on 5 Oct ‘09 after incorporating all the
observation/comments from DDA.
– Pre-qualification of contractors for construction-
finalized. ADB requirement to Pre Q contractors as per
ADB norms .ADB norms .
– Loan sanctioned from NCRPB.
– The weekly review meeting with Architect on 19.01.10,
for EOT to be coordinated/obtained by TD & DIMTS to
pursue DDA approval process further.
– Meeting with ADB consultants held on 29 Jan ‘10 and
15Feb ‘10.
– Draft copy of tender sent to ADB-Consultants as per
ADB and got back their comments.
– EFC has been sent to GM-ISBT.
– Proposed date of NIT for construction Mar ‘10 (Dec’09).
– Proposed Completion Date : Aug ’11. (Mar ’11).

2. ISBT Sarai Kale Khan
– Concept Plan submitted to UTTIPEC on 24 Apr ’09.
– To retain the ITDR on its existing location, the entire
proposal has been modified & resubmitted on 18 Sep ‘09
& again on 23 Sep ‘09 for consideration.
– Proposal approved by LG during the Governing body
meeting on 15 Jan ‘10.
– NOC from AAI received.
– Applied for DPCC & EIA. EIA presentation has been re-
submitted .
– Modified Drawings submitted to MCD on 9 Jun ’09. Now
the drawings need to be resubmitted as the proposal
entirely modified by UTTIPEC. Drawings are ready for
resubmission inthis week.
– Loan sanctioned from NCRPB
– Draft copy of tender sent to ADB-Consultants as per ADB
and got back their comments.
– Required documents, drawings & reports submitted for
NCR-PB on 30 Oct ‘09.NCR-PB on 30 Oct ‘09.
– Documents required by NCR-PB/ADB submitted on 18
Dec ‘09.
– Meeting with ADB consultants held on 29 Jan ‘10 & 15
