PROJECT VALUE : 608.8 Cr.INR (structure+ finishing).
The contractual start & finish date: 27/01/10 & 26/10/13+ Extension.....
Cumulative running billed up value as of July'13 480 Cr INR.
Team work:
The Team of L&T Employees involved in the project is 60 staff .
No: of Workmen deployed at the peak work: 2600 no’s
PLANT & MACHINERY:
CP 30 Batching plant=01no’s,
Tower crane 05 no’s,
ACHEVEMENT & SUCCESS OF PROJECT:
1. Achieved 20 million safe man hours for the span of my tenure in project without any major incidents.
2. National Record in concrete production with CP30 batching plant : 792 cum/24 hours with
outstanding contribution of 110% plant efficiency of 33.7 cum/hrs.
3. 1,52,000 cum of concrete production overall in site.

4. Crossed 4.0 lakhs cum of excavation.
5. 21,500 MT of Torsteel used in site.
6. Prefabricated Reinforcement for walls.
