► Project Planning and Management :
− Monitoring: Weekly & monthly progress reports & keeping track of the progress made as planned.
Tracking the progress of the project with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time Over runs, Quality
compliance & Manpower Planning to ensure timely execution of project.
− To analyse the gaps between planned vs actual construction schedule and highlight the areas needing
immediate attention for action of the project team
− Conducting Project review meetings for evaluating project progress reports & taking adequate corrective actions
if required, Preparation of Progress Reports
− Preparation of Cash Flow Charts (Both Inflow & Outflow), Developing financial projections, preparing budgets
and performing extensive project costing.
− Calculation of Escalation prices in accordance with indices and the contract
− Preparation of Interim Payment Certificates in accordance with Terms of payment of Contract.
− Planning of machinery/manpower/materials and money ; Management of Human Resources, their allocation as

− Inspection of welding electrodes & high tensile plates among client, supplier & Third Party Inspection
Agency.
− Search of vendors, contractors, consultants, fabricators & designers as per requirement of the project.
− Dealing with Vendors/ Sub vendors for raw material, sub contracting a particular component of project etc.
− Procurement of raw material like welding electrodes, cement, fabrication machinery, steel for steel liner
as per clients standards, etc. In process, have done correspondence with major steel manufacturers of the
world and their distributors.
− Coordination with site/client/consultants/vendors/Headquarters Departments on daily basis & keeping
Headquarters records updated.
