Ionology have produced over 200 transformation strategies. None of them have ever been written documents. All of them
have been explainer videos.
In a test carried out by Ionology in partnership with a client company in Dublin, we sent out a written PDF of the transformation
strategy to all staff. Less than 2% of the staff downloaded it. 1% admitted to have skim read it.
When the strategy was presented as a sequence of short videos, 80% of staff watched it. For more information on the software
