How does this work?
The course can be conducted at Israel (great opportunity for participation in local technological events, visiting innovation
hubs and local companies) or at customer’s site.
The course will be adjusted for each customer based on relevant topics and facilities available at selected location. We will
fine-tune the lectures and workshops to your field of business and the target audience (technological / marketing
background, level of spoken English).
We will coordinate with you the exact course syllabus and daily program during the initial setup following the payment of the
setup fee, subject to constraints imposed by the venue and the schedule. The rest of the arrangement and the scheduling
will be made according to the final course program and subject to the payment of the full price of the course.
Depending on the venue, we’ll expect you to take care of accommodation (flights, transportation and full boarding) for your
student team in Israel, or for our teaching team at your preferred location (with the addition of lecture / workshop facilities).
How much does it cost?
The course can consist of several consecutive days of lectures, workshops and organized activities.
Minimal course length is 3 days.
Our cost structure is as follows:
• Setup fee is $3,500
• Extra fee of $5,000 in case of course taking place on customer’s site
• Flat fee for 1 day of course is $3,000. A single full day of course may consist of:
o up to 4 lectures
o or, up to 3 lectures and 1 organized activity (see below)
o or, 1 workshop and up to 2 lectures
• Hourly personal consulting / coaching on business and technology topics: $180
Payment terms:
o Course program preparation is subject to advance payment of setup fee
o Reservation of resources and schedule is subject to full advance payment according to the selected course program
Refund policy in case of customer cancellation:
o Setup fee is not refundable
o Full refund for all costs except the setup fee up to 60 days of advance notice prior to scheduled beginning of course
o 50% refund up to 30 days of advance notice
o No refund is possible in case of cancellation of less than 30 days
