The Food Pyramid This pyramid gives you a brief outline of what you should and shouldn't eat daily.
Top of the Pyramid The top of the pyramid consists of all the fat and oily foods, the reason for this part of the pyramid being so small is because you should try to eat as little as possible from this part if any at all. These are the foods that will make you unfit and will increase your weight if you eat to much.
2 nd  Part of the Pyramid This part of the pyramid consists of foods that are high in protein and calcium, but at the same time consist of some fat. It is recommended that you eat 2 servings a day from this part, so that you get your nutrients and at the same time don't over do it with the oils.
3 rd  Part of the Pyramid This part of the pyramid consists of vegetables and fruits. It is recommended that you eat 3-5 servings of vegetables a day and 2-4 servings of fruit a day. This is the healthy part of the pyramid which has no fats but lots of sugars and vitamins.
Last Part of the Pyramid This part is the healthiest part of the pyramid and contains no oils and barely no sugars. It has lots of vitamins and nutrients and it is recommended that you eat 6 or more servings of this section. Your main meals should consist of these so that you can fill yourself up and not want any of the fatty food in the top section.
