13. ABOUT THE PROGRAM TARGET GROUP The “KEEP FIT!” program is aimed at pupilsattendingelementary school, (aged 11-12), and junior high school, (aged 13-15),togetherwith their parents. The first phase of the program wascompleted over three years, (1st, 2nd and 3rd edition), and thesecondphaseiscurrentlyunderway, (4th, 5th and 6th edition).

TARGET GROUP The 11-15 yearsagegroupswereselectedprimarilybecause; Itiswellrecognisedthatchildrenduringtheirformativeyearsestablishpatterns of lifestylebehaviourthattend to persistintoadulthoodwhenagedaround 11-15 years.
