a) Customer Support Planner : John Deere Grain Harvester Unit (Current role)
 For India Combine business, involved start from product planning stage &
played a vital role in defining the processes
 Performing as an individual contributor role, working in coordination with
cross function teams and other JD units to ensuring for on time completion of
customer support deliverables and activities, completion of EPDP / new projects
 Working on strategies development for parts and service programs for Combine
Harvesters and Cotton Picker
 Leading and facilitating the regular meeting on alignment with different
functions for providing resolution on emerging / critical product / performance
problems
 Established the continuous reliability improvement glide path for product &
closely monitored the product failures /performance & productivity issues &
improved the product reliability season by season.
 Coordinating between design, quality, production, manufacturing engineering,
and SCM for resolving customer issues and then providing solution to
customers
 Ensure the all Design review/ design FMEA , E- Model develops for Design for
assembly reviews , DPARs Design Part & assembly review, this to ensure the
parts developed properly with high quality
 Establish the inherent reliability goals for new products. Reliability Goals like
MTBF Mean time between Failures, FPM: Failures Per machine, R & A: return &
