Responsibilities:
Accountable for logistics operations of the plant by leading a successful team of 100
people to carry out end to end logistics activities which includes Receipts of Materials, GRN
Processing, Binning, Inventory Control, Warehousing, Replenishment Cycles, Preservation,
Subcontracting Transactions, Kanban Triggers to the vendors, Hot parts follow-ups, Kitting
& Staging of materials, Line feeding as per MPS plan to point of use and Distribution of
finished goods to the customer. Effectively maintaining the inventory of 16,000 SKU’s in
25,000 bin locations, value worth of INR 500Cr at stock accuracy of 99.5%.
