failuremodes using 7 QC tools and structured problem solvingapproach for issues emerged from 3-6
MIS, Customer complaint,Reliability issues & PQR from Dealer
 Field visitwith respect to problem resolution to collectrequired information/ evidences related to
analysisas and when required (if issuenotas per PPAP sampleor any customer abuse)
 Create Evidence Packages and Problem Statements through Comprehensive Analysis and make them

agencies by drivingproblemas per time line
 Conducting CFG Process Audit for the In-housemanufacturing related customer complaints to monitor
