 Recruitments utilizing various sourcing method like Web portals (i.e. Naukri, LinkedIn)

 Sourcing potential candidates from the various sources viz. database,references,networking and
through various job portals.
 Screening and Short-listing the candidates in accordance with the client’s current Requirements
 Understanding and reviewing the resume based on Technology, Skill set, Experience and

 Interacting with the Stake holders on a daily basis about the Requirement
 Experience in managing IT vendors, selection process and developing performance indicators for
vendors
 Interacting with the Vendors On daily basis about the requirements which we get from the stake
holders.
 Releasing the Demands to 16 Vendors.
 Validating the Fresh inflow/Supply from the Vendors.
 Vendor Relationship Associate.
 Source One Management, Tech 2 Suit, VLS Consultant, Lecan Consultant, Productiva,
HAN Digital etc.
o Nurtured ongoing relationships with vendors and worked to minimize issues.
o Monitored all aspects of vendor work and ensured that contract deadlines were
met.
o Arranged monthly vendor meetings and responded to inquiries.

 Handling and working on IOTC requirements.

 After sourcing the profiles for the Niche Skills will be scheduling the Interviews based on the
slots i.e. will be checking the availability from the Interviewer and also will check the time and
date to conduct the interviews i.e. Slot Ask.
 In Scheduling there are 3 types of Interviews which we schedule the interviews for the
Candidates.
 Telephonic Interview
 Face to Face Interview i.e. (Telephonic EI-Recruiter FTF)
 Webcam Interview i.e.(HireVue)
 In scheduling there are different Slot Ask.
 Diversity Slot: Schedule happens only for Female Candidates
 ER Drive: Schedule the interviews for Employee Referrals.
 Adhoc Slots: Priority will be given first to schedule the interviews for the Adhoc slots.
 Weekend Drive: More Candidates will turn up for an interviews in weekend and we
schedule most of the candidates for Face to Face.
 Once we schedule the interviews for the Candidates will be sharing the detailed information
about the interview and also will be sharing the Job Descriptions.
 Coordinating the interviews which is scheduled.
 Once Candidates clears all the rounds of Interviews I.e. Skills, Finals and HR Interview
 Collecting the documents from the candidates and will do the quality check of all the documents
then the candidate status will be in Offer stage.
 Reporting – Scheduling & Agency Sourcing.
 PHRS Conversion and Report on daily basis to the Team and to the Vendors.
 CNR Cases will be shared to the Particular Vendors.
 Pipeline movement will be shared to the Agencies.
 Weekday/Weekend Event sharing the Confirmation list to all the vendors and also will be
sharing the Call letter to the Candidates which is scheduled.
 Sending Job descriptions to the candidates and interviewers as per the defined template.
 Collating entire groups schedule report for the day, validating them and send to the location
POCs on daily basis.
 Preparing feedback report and shared with the delivery team on daily basis
 Feedback SLA’s will be calculated monthly i.e. if we have achieved the Target/Percentage.
 Preparing Group report on interview scheduled candidates, selected candidates and rejected
candidates.
 Own updating interview feedback status (obtained from interviewers) for the group
 Sharing the data of the candidate status movement in the pipeline to the delivery team on daily
basis.
 Preparing Candidate list and also will do mapping from the Demand Sheet and Candidate funnel
report form that will be scheduling the interviews.
