A Machine Learning based Network Sharing System Design with MPTCP
The information and communication technologies (ICT) integrate different types of wireless communication to
provide IT-enabled services and applications. The great majority end devices are equipped with multiple network
interfaces such as Wi-Fi and 4G. Our goal is to integrate the available network interfaces and technologies to
enhance seamless communication efficiency and increase resources utilization. We proposed a heterogeneous
network management algorithm based on machine learning methods which includes roaming and sharing
functions. The roaming function provides the multiple network resources in physical and media access control
layers. The sharing function supports multiple network resources allocation and the service handover process
based on the Multi-Path TCP protocol. The simulation result also shows that the proposed scheme can increase
the network bandwidth utilization effectively. The sharing system could be used in home, mobile and vehicular
environments to realize ubiquitous social sharing networks.

Long term evolution (LTE) is replacing the 3G services slowly but steadily and become a preferred choice
for data for human to human (H2H) services and now it is becoming preferred choice for voice also. In
some developed countries the traditional 2G services gradually decommissioned from the service and
getting replaced with LTE for all H2H services. LTE provided high downlink and uplink bandwidth
capacity and is one of the technology like mobile ad hoc network (MANET) and vehicular ad hoc network
(VANET) being used as the backbone communication infrastructure for vehicle networking applications.
When Compared to VANET and MANET, LTE provides wide area of coverage and excellent infrastructure
facilities for vehicle networking. This helps in transmitting the vehicle information to the operator and
downloading certain information into the vehicle nodes (VNs) from the operators server. As per the ETSI
publications the number of machine to machine communication (MTC) devices are expected to touch 50
billion by 2020 and this will surpass H2H communication. With growing congestion in the LTE network,
accessing the network for any request from VN especially during peak hour is a big challenge because of
the congestion in random access channel (RACH). In this paper we will analyse this RACH congestion
problem with the data from the live network. Lot of algorithms are proposed for resolving the RACH
congestion on the basis of simulation results so we would like to present some practical data from the live
network to this issue to understand the extent RACH congestion issue in the real time scenario.

Cloud system allows multiple users to employ computing services through browsers, which reflects an alternative service model that alters the local computing workload to a distant site. Cloud virtualization is another characteristic of the clouds that deliver virtual computing services and imitate the functionality of physical computing resources. It refers to an elastic load balancing management that provides the flexible model of on-demand services. The virtualization allows organizations to improve high levels of reliability, accessibility, and scalability by having a capability to execute applications on multiple resources simultaneously. In this paper we use a queuing model to consider a flexible load balancing and evaluate performance metrics such as mean queue length, throughput, mean waiting time, utilization, and mean traversal time. The model is aware of the arrival of concurrent applications with an Erlang distribution. Simulation results regarding performance metrics are investigated. Results point out that in Cloud systems both the fairness and load balancing are to be significantly considered.

Recently, mobile broadband networks are focused
on bringing additional capabilities to the network edge. For
instance, Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) brings storage and
processing capabilities closer to the mobile user i.e., at the radio
access network, in order to deploy services with minimum delay.
In this paper, we propose a resource constrained cloud-enabled
small cell that includes a MEC server for deploying mobile
edge computing functionalities. We present the architecture with
special focus on realizing the proper forwarding of data packets
between the mobile data path and the MEC applications, based
on the principles of SDN, without requiring any changes to
the functionality of existing mobile network nodes both in the
access and the core network segments. The significant benefits
of adopting the proposed architecture are analyzed based on a
proof-of-concept demonstration for content caching application
use case.

Some deployed projects deal with interoperability issues regarding the communication of signaling information between the train and interlocking like the European rail traffic management system (ERTMS) project. In this paper, an Internet mobile gateway selection scheme is proposed to elect more potential vehicles to behave as gateways to Internet in VANETs. Therefore, the discovery and the selection of route to those mobiles gateways is carried out via an efficient multiple metrics-based relay selection mechanism. The objective is to select the more reliable route to the mobile gateways, by reducing the communication overhead and performing seamless handover. The proposed protocol is compared with one recent protocol based on packet delivery ratio, average end-to-end delay and overhead. The results show that the proposed protocol ameliorates significantly the network performance in the contrast of the other protocol.

Long term evolution (LTE) is replacing the 3G services slowly but steadily and become a preferred choice
for data for human to human (H2H) services and now it is becoming preferred choice for voice also. In
some developed countries the traditional 2G services gradually decommissioned from the service and
getting replaced with LTE for all H2H services. LTE provided high downlink and uplink bandwidth
capacity and is one of the technology like mobile ad hoc network (MANET) and vehicular ad hoc network
(VANET) being used as the backbone communication infrastructure for vehicle networking applications.
When Compared to VANET and MANET, LTE provides wide area of coverage and excellent infrastructure
facilities for vehicle networking. This helps in transmitting the vehicle information to the operator and
downloading certain information into the vehicle nodes (VNs) from the operators server. As per the ETSI
publications the number of machine to machine communication (MTC) devices are expected to touch 50
billion by 2020 and this will surpass H2H communication. With growing congestion in the LTE network,
accessing the network for any request from VN especially during peak hour is a big challenge because of
the congestion in random access channel (RACH). In this paper we will analyse this RACH congestion
problem with the data from the live network. Lot of algorithms are proposed for resolving the RACH
congestion on the basis of simulation results so we would like to present some practical data from the live
network to this issue to understand the extent RACH congestion issue in the real time scenario.

Cloud system allows multiple users to employ computing services through browsers, which reflects an alternative service model that alters the local computing workload to a distant site. Cloud virtualization is another characteristic of the clouds that deliver virtual computing services and imitate the functionality of physical computing resources. It refers to an elastic load balancing management that provides the flexible model of on-demand services. The virtualization allows organizations to improve high levels of reliability, accessibility, and scalability by having a capability to execute applications on multiple resources simultaneously. In this paper we use a queuing model to consider a flexible load balancing and evaluate performance metrics such as mean queue length, throughput, mean waiting time, utilization, and mean traversal time. The model is aware of the arrival of concurrent applications with an Erlang distribution. Simulation results regarding performance metrics are investigated. Results point out that in Cloud systems both the fairness and load balancing are to be significantly considered.

In this paper, we propose a resource constrained cloud-enabled
small cell that includes a MEC server for deploying mobile
edge computing functionalities. We present the architecture with
special focus on realizing the proper forwarding of data packets
between the mobile data path and the MEC applications, based
on the principles of SDN, without requiring any changes to
the functionality of existing mobile network nodes both in the
access and the core network segments. The significant benefits
of adopting the proposed architecture are analyzed based on a
proof-of-concept demonstration for content caching application
use case.

Call Admission Control (CAC) with Load Balancing Approach for the WLAN Networks
The cell migrations take place between the different network operators, and require the significant information exchange between the operators to handle the migratory users. The new user registration requires the pre-shared information from the user’s equipment, which signifies the user recognition before registering the new user over the network. In this thesis, the proposed model has been aimed at the development of the new call admission control mechanism with the sub-channel assignment. The very basic utilization of the proposed model is to increase the number of the users over the given cell units, which is realized by using the sub-channel assignment to the users of the network. The proposed model is aimed at solving the issue by assigning the dual sub channels over the single communication channel. Also the proposed model is aimed at handling the minimum resource users by incorporating the load balancing approach over the given network segment. The load balancing approach shares the load of the overloaded cell with the cell with lowest resource utilization. The proposed model performance has been evaluated in the various scenarios and over all of the BTS nodes. The proposed model results have been obtained in the form of the resource utilization, network load, transmission delay, consumed bandwidth and data loss. The proposed model has shown the efficiency obtained by using the proposed call admission control (CAC) along with the new load balancing mechanism. The proposed model has shown the robustness of the proposed model in handling the cell overloading factors.

- 2. Introduction The Telematics terminal can not be used for the Telematics services from another Telematics service provider. Because Telematics service developers made their own protocols between a Telematics terminal and a service provider. As the solution of these Problem we adopted a new Technology is called as "Telematics Gateway and Framework“.
- 3. Gateway The Gateway enables developers to write the Telematics server applications which can be operated regardless of the mobile networks. It also use for reporting the server for the Distribution of Traffic Information.
- 4. Framework The Developers can write applications without knowing about details to integrate the related server distributed in traffic information. The Framework also Supports various connection components which can connects the Telematics server application into external Server application.
- 5. How We Develop the System We developed a processor for the extended protocol for mobile services including the following: • Address Book • Schedule Manager We Also Developed a system for synchronization between a Telematics and Terminals.
- 6. What is Open Telematics System Based on Gateway and Framework? The Telematics Server System consists of Server application like: • A short messaging service center (SMSC) connection component • Connection component • Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) • Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
- 8. Server Application In a Mobile Networks The Server Application Provides the Client application in a Vehicle with Telematics Services Like: • Emergency Services • Remote Door Unlocking • Wireless Application Protocol (WAP)
- 9. How the Gateway Works? If a Telematics Server System uses WAP Gateway in the mobile network to provide services to Telematics terminals. This Services deeply depend on mobile. The Services Should be modified when they are deploy o other mobile networks. To solve this problem in a system the Gateway is to be placed to in it.
- 10. Application of Gateway and Framework It is use to manage and synchronize data for address book. Navigation Service Traffic Information Service in a Server. Emergency Service Vehicle Tracking Services Monitoring Services.
- 12. Conclusion • In this we developed the mobile of a system based on Telematics gateway and framework. • Therefore this system is not depended on certain mobile networks. • So we conclude that one Telematics terminal can be use with another Telematics terminal for made there own Protocols.
