This document summarizes a proposed software design and implementation for The Crescent Jute Mills Co Ltd to help manage their accounts. The proposed software would allow the company to easily track daily transactions across departments without requiring additional employees. It would include features for salary tracking, profit counting, costs and investments. The implementation plan includes setting up computer sectors in each of the four production units and hiring software engineers and operators. An economic analysis estimates the one-time equipment costs would be around 5 lakh taka with recurring annual staffing costs of over 60 lakh taka under the current manual system, concluding the proposed software could help save the company significant money over time.
