This document describes the design and fabrication of a solar-powered pelletization machine for producing pellets from forest waste. The machine consists of a mixer that is powered by solar energy to process leaves and wood waste into uniform pellets. This helps conserve energy and forest resources while providing an income opportunity for local villages. The pellets can be used as fuel for cooking and heating applications, reducing carbon emissions and reliance on natural gas and oil. The solar-powered design keeps costs low and uses a renewable energy source to benefit rural communities.

2. ABSTRACT
The aim of this project is to save the forest from deforestation
and to maintain healthy environment, we designed and
fabricated pelletizing machine which will operate on solar
energy for the production of pellets from a forest wastage. The
process of producing pellets, machine consist a mixer and is
operated using solar energy. The cost will be reduced and energy
will be saved as we are using renewable energy sources. This is
benefited for rural area people in recommending manufacturers
to use and create employment and village income will be
enhanced.

5. METHODOLOGY
The waste leaves and other products of wood are available in
large volumes. They are collected, processed and produced in
the shape of pellets and logs which can be used as domestic fuel
and products. This helps in conserving energy, saving forest and
keeping the environment clean.

1. Small furnace with dry leaves pellet fuel is
the best option for domestic heating system
and hot water supply.
2. Even catering industry and domestic cooking
places would like to take dry leaves pellets as
fuel replacement in a renewable manner.
3. In order to lower the carbon emission the
application pellets are used in central heating
systems for firing boilers or co-firing boilers.
4. The application of dry leaves pellets are used
for electric power generation in thermal
power plants.
5. With the development of dry leaves pellet
utilization, pellet stove is becoming more and
more popular for the residential heating
purpose. Pellet stove is a machine used to
burn wood pellet to heat the house.

1. Village people can collect the dry leaves from the tree or plants
in forest an dry gross available in the forest and By selling
panchayath or scarp dealer to earn money.
2. Convert this dry leaves to powder with help of grinder and By
selling panchayath or scarp dealer to earn money.
3. Convert the fuel pallets with palletizing machine and then selling
the pellets to public or canteens or hostels or commercial
cooking applications or power plants
4. Convert in other use full products like hardboard, mosquito
coils, decorative products, toys, etc.

9. FUTURE SCOPE
1.With this produced pellet we can work on the force required to produce
pellet hence the force displacement curve can be drawn
2.The temperature of the die, durability of pellet, density increase ratio during
palletization can be study.
3.For the R&D in biomass field work we can make a sample of different biomass
sample and calorific value can be calculated.
4.There is scope for the biomass collection management related study, at rural
level or taluka level.
5.For palletization rpm of motor must be high so this can be achieve by giving
solar power of many watts.
6.With advance machining technique we can fabricate the machine so that the
machine can get the attractive look.
