The part of clerical works takes responsibility of money. Lest we would have problem on money, the
part responsibly controls money.
The part of engeneers takes responsibility of our products. If something goes wrong with the product
after it is sold, the part responsibly fix it.
The part of business activity takes responsibility of complaint. If the customer complains, the part
corresponds it.

1. We will apologize to the customer of wrong with the product. Apology is most important when we
make mistakes. If there were not for apologies, we would have lost customer’s trust.
2. We would fix the wrong with our products.
3. We act above services at once. Then, we can reduce the inconvenience to the customer.
4. In addition, we would provide something new services to the customer. For example, we add tools to
their webpage which we developed.
5. We would provide all of above services for free. Then, we get trust of the customer and get the
customer as a repeater.

When we launch the company and business, there are many local markets and the competitors often
exists. Then, we have to survey them and know their services and strength in order to enhance our
company and make benefits. The method to check the local market and competitors is to check their
advertisment. Then, we can know services and strength which other companies provide. The way to
enhance our company is to have a questionnaire to the customers. Then, we can find requirements and
opinions of them. To be compared our company to the others, we can know what we have to do.
