When we launch the company and business, there are many local markets and the competitors often
exists. Then, we have to survey them and know their services and strength in order to enhance our
company and make benefits. The method to check the local market and competitors is to check their
advertisment. Then, we can know services and strength which other companies provide. The way to
enhance our company is to have a questionnaire to the customers. Then, we can find requirements and
opinions of them. To be compared our company to the others, we can know what we have to do.
