Explain how another company selling a similar commodity markets their product.<br />I would advertise our business in several ways. At first, we want establish a institution in a good place. This can be a better advertisement than any other one. Second, we make a brochure which can easy understand. clear statement and explanation would be compiled with many people. Then we must make a TV cm. This is a one of most common advertisement to people who have a TV. Surely, we should found a web site which about our institution. Finally, we should cherish all customers. This is not a advertisement. But if we continue this all time, this act will to be a best advertisement.
Any other rival companies, they can find same ways which we can find. To get advantage, I think we must find a way which no one can find.<br />
B. What is the job of the human resources division in a company? How will you set up such a division in your company? Write down 5 questions that you will ask a potential employee in your company during a interview<br />We would divide jobs to some section. First section is planners and developers section. This section's work is to plan products or services. Next section is management section. Job is manage earnings and expenses and employment. The we make want to make a section which running our services. This section would be formatted with part-timers.
We want to divide these human resources with some questions below:
1. Do you want to be a full-fledged employee or a part-timer?
2. If you want to be a full-fledged employee, which section do you want to join?
3. Which work do you like? wait on customers or develop a products or make a plan?
4. Do you have any suggestion about our company?
5. Do you like this business?
We can divide these human resources with these question's answers. For a example, in question 1 the person who answered he or she want to be a full-fledged employee. We can allot him to planners and developers section or management section.<br />
C. How will you divide the responsibility of running the company amongst your group partners?<br />1. The chairman is the presiding director over the
other directors on the board and is expected to be fair, a good listener, and
a good communicator.
2. The Executive Director is a leadership role for an organization and often fulfills a motivational role in addition to office-based work.
3. accountant does a person who can calculation and management of the money.
Most employers want accountant who know quite a bit about computers.
People who want to be accountants should be good at math, and have good analytical skills.
4. Employers often prefer to hire part-time workers since they typically don't have to provide benefits. So part-time job does a person who want to money.<br />
D. Clearly write down the 5 different ways you will treat your potential customer with after-sales service. If something goes wrong with the product after it is sold, how will you provide customer service. Provide an example of how something might go wrong with the product.<br />1. Accept a problem or a question about the product or the service by telephone or e-mail
2. Provide the period of guarantee for the customer
3. Introduce the customer to new product or new service
4. Carry out visit service when it is difficult for us to solve a problem about the product by telephone or e-mail
5. Always wait on the customer politely
If something goes wrong with the product after it is sold, I will exchange the product for new product, and repair the product for free.
If the product is food, food goes off.
And, if the product is a machine, a machine is out of order.<br />

How will you study the local market and what your competitors are doing? What will be some of the methods and approaches that you will consider?<br />Local market about amusement in Aizu-wakamatsu city have two principal competitors which are quot;
Sunshinequot;
 and quot;
GU!quot;
. There are some amusement services which are bowling, batting center, karaoke and game corner that is little old in Sunshine. And, conditions of location of Sunshine is outside of main street and it is distant from Aizu-wakamatsu station. In amusement of GU!, there are two services which are bowling and karaoke and conditions of location of GU! is near main street but it is distant from Aizu-wakamatsu station. They are both distant from station, so people who do not have car or motorbike can not visit them. In addition, They are not both round the clock facilities, so people can not visit all time. Therefore, Our business plan includes two points which are conditions of location that customer can visit our company more easily, and customer can visit whenever someone choose. For example, it build our company near station and open 24 hours a day. Furthermore, to compete against them, it increases category of amusement services.<br />
