1. INFORMATION RESEARCHER - Person # 1

A. Why is a feasibility report so important in technical communication?
Write in your own words; 75 words minimum.

A feasibility reports are an evaluation of a proposal designed to determine
the difficulty in carrying out a designated task. To succeed the project,
the business planer needs to precise the projects. As feasibility reports
discus the practicality, and possibly the suitability and compatibility of a
given project, the writer can make the projects what going to be clearly by
advancing that. Then, for the partners, they would able to entertain the
project in a careful way and estimate benefits and advantage for them.

B. Write 5 major points in the articles that are important. Write in your
own words; 100 words minimum.

There are some important points in these articles. Every point has
important meanings and it is necessary to propose feasibility reports. Now,
I am going to give 5 mainly points in these articles.
First, technology and system feasibility is carried out to determine whether
the company has the capability to handle the completion of the project.
Second, economic feasibility is used to most frequently as economic
analyzing method to evaluate the effectiveness of a new system. This
procedure is to determine the benefits and savings that are expected from a
candidate system and compare them with costs.
Third point is legal feasibility. Because the company must comply with the
legal, they have to propose the system at law.
Fourth, operational feasibility is a measure of how well a proposed system
solves the problems and takes advantage of the opportunities and how it
satisfies the requirements to analyze phase of system development.
Fifth point is schedule feasibility. The planer of business has to estimate
how long the system will take to develop and propose the time schedule to
carry out the business by step.

C. Explain 5 reasons why one should read the above articles when preparing
to design an important feasibility study on any topic? Write in your own
words; 75 words minimum.

There are some reasons why one who write the feasibility reports should read
those articles.
First reason is that one learns the format of feasibility report. Then, one
can constitute good writing.
Second is that one learns about cautions. It brings no confusing with
business partners.
Third is that the one can understand important points. The one can write
what to write by taking the points.
Fourth is that considering with some kinds of opinions. Then, the one may
discover new feasibility he didn 稚 know.
Fifth is that the one will be able to write persuadable reports by taking
some topics.

D. Write a paragraph explaining a business situation where a feasibility
study is necessary. Write in your own words; 100 words minimum.

A business situation where a feasibility study is necessary is when the
company launches the business. When it launches the business, proposing the
business plan is important. The company has to propose a feasibility study
to plan the business precise. Because, the company has to indentify how,
where, and to whom they intend to sell a service or product, procedures to
make benefits for them and how they operate to satisfy the requirements.
They also need to assess their competition and figure out how much money
they need to start their business and keep it running until it is
established and what technology and system they should adopt.
