It is useful surely for preventing from global warming. Next, Selling the product cheaply will help local community to promote the purchase consideration and, it will make the economic effect. The more the economic effect increases, the more the purchase consideration increases. Finally, our company will be held the event in the store and, friendship of local community. For instance, the event that distribute home appliances among local community and, they will be gathered in the store. Our company support a bright regional society.
B. Ideas for launching this business. Identify 5 innovative things you might want to do for developing this business. 1. We touch other companies and the people frequently. The story heard from various people must be useful for the management in the future. 2. We clarify it from the circulation of the commodity to the arrangement in the shop. Trust from people arises by doing so, and sales will increase. 3. We contact frequently among employees each other. We tell even though a small thing each other, and it makes the best use of the site. 4. We always reflect. There is some mistakes even though a very perfect company. The mistake is made the best use of as follows, and we try never to happen. 5. We translate into action at once. Having thought it is good takes at once, and provides new one after another service.
C. How should your business reach out to the potential customers? What might be some of the ways you will advertise your company. I teach the information about the product for the visitor who is at a loss to buy an article in detail and think that it is important to let you make it easy you teach it where you are different in, and to choose an article. But is it search for in "what for looking visitors positively?"I thought it to be able to support it so that the article which the visitor expected was found. For a method of the advertising, I think that the advertising is effective in an e-mail magazine that I use advertising and the mobile telephone that I use the website of the Internet not advertising only for handbills.

We need some resources to start the business. The first is the enough money. We will not take out a loan. Instead, we will make enough money to manage our company and appropriate this money. The seconds is employees. If there no employees, we will not be able to run our outlet stores. We will hire part-time workers mainly and make economies by the number of part-time workers narrow down. The third is some furniture. For example, cash desks, shelves to lay out article for sale. cleaning utensils and etc. The fourth is computers. Now, we can not manage company without computers. We must save enough computers. So, we will borrow them because save money by doing this.
