This document is a project report submitted by a group of 4 students - Ravi Patel, Rai Narendra, Shah Viraj, and Sumara Anish - to their professor Sanjay Patel on reducing electricity bills. 3. Introduction:-
Our team was assigned the work of innovating something
under the newly designed syllabus of design engineering-1Band on it we were
supposed to make5 new sheets termed as A,E,I,O,Usheets where,
A:- Activity sheet
E:- Environmentsheet
I:- Interaction sheet
O:- object sheet
U:- Users sheet
We went for observations and readings of laboratory instruments at our
college and we also take the observations of our home appliances and noted the
power consumption readings of home appliances and laboratory instruments. We
also think How to reduce the electricity bill.

4. A:-activity sheet
Activity sheet was all about the activities that were going
through the electrical instruments @ gpericollege that we visited for our problem &
solution purpose. All the activities that we observed and show over there wereto
be mentioned in the sheet.

In this particular sheet we have columns consisting
the notion about general impressions/ Observations, Wherewemention the
general observations that weregoing on that very place.

This column is featuring the elements and special
notes that we used in abovementioned column.

6. E:- environmentalsheet
This sheet is about the environment of the particular
place that we visited.
Generalimpressions/ observation(style, material, atmosphere):-
In this column we have shown the atmospherewe witnessed in that
particular factory. Also the material that they were using.

This column is all about the elements and features
of the above mentioned material and atmosphere.

7. I:-Interaction sheet
The column if this sheet were asked to mention the
interactions that took place between us and the people working in laboratory.

9. O:-object sheet:
This sheets is about all the objects machines that
were involved in the reducing the electricity bill.

10. U:-users sheet:
This sheet is all about the people who presented
rolls and responsibilities.

12. Learningsneeds matrix:-
We made one learning need matrix
under the guidance of our faculty member, which shows thefuture planning to the
design of our solution product.
