 Workshop is a place where students perform their job like carpentry, casting, lathe
operations, drilling operations etc.
 Our workshop hasn’t any type of press. So fulfill this requirement we choose this project.
 Our project will be providinghelp to students,faculties to solve the difficulties about press
and to perform their works on press tool.

CHAPTER 1. INTRODUCTION OF CONCEPT OR IDEA
Domain: “Workshop”
Project Title: “Portable Press”
 We select workshop as Domain For Design Engineering .in workshop we selected
portable press as our project in Design Engineering
 Portable Press Means a Press Which Can easily movable, low cost, easily operated,we
use spatial slider crank Mechanism make conventional press more economical. Our press
will perform operations like Bending, Pressing, Notching(if special die and punch
attachment)etc.
 Also our project will help faculty to demonstrate about basics of press.

CHAPTER 2.REVERSE ENGINEERING
 Reverse engineering is also called back engineering, is the process of where a man-made
object is deconstructed to reveal its designs, architecture, or to extract knowledge from
the object.
 This process is similar to scientific research but the only difference is that scientific
research is about a natural phenomenon.
 Reverse engineering is applicable in the fields of mechanical engineering, electronic
engineering, software engineering, chemical engineering, and systems biology.

ABSTRACT : Team leg Mancias chose to work with tri state industries, A company that
Exclusively employs physically and are assigned to a variety of jobs, including the process
that we selected to improve , the cutting of aluminum screen circles.
The circles are used in plastic cap to filter an industrial sealant . The design intent is to
increase production, Reduce customer Fatigue, eliminate dexterity issues and incorporate
workers with more with more severe functionally problems.
SCOPE: The scope of work is to locate a consumer, develop ideas, brainstorm, design, and
fabricate a device for a person with disabilities.

WITH-(TARAK machine tools, PVT.LTD. ATIKA GIDC, Rajkot)
KEYWORDS: FEA, Pneumatic Press frame structure, crack, stress concentration
ABSTRACT: Presses are used in industries for a wide variety of uses including blanking,
piercing and pressing. There are pneumatic presses and hydraulic presses. Metal forming is one
of the manufacturing processes which are almost chip less.
These operations include deformation of metal work pieces to the desired size by applying
pressure or force. Because of continues impact the load, frame of press machine always
experience continuous tensile stress.

stamping process.
The machine used for press working is known as press. Press has a frame, bed or bolsters plate
and a reciprocating
Press work on impact load conditions cause that continuous impact load on frame and press
machine experience tensile &bending stress also.
Press machine continuous deals with stress and because of this frequently structural failure problem
occurred in machine.

INTRODUCTION OF CONCEPT OR IDEA Domain: “Workshop” Project Title: “Portable Press”  We select workshop as Domain For Design Engineering .in workshop we selected portable press as our project in Design Engineering  Portable Press Means a Press Which Can easily movable, low cost, easily operated,we use spatial slider crank Mechanism make conventional press more economical. Our press will perform operations like Bending, Pressing, Notching(if special die and punch attachment)etc.  Also our project will help faculty to demonstrate about basics of press.

The circles are used in plastic cap to filter an industrial sealant . The design intent is to increase production, Reduce customer Fatigue, eliminate dexterity issues and incorporate workers with more with more severe functionally problems. SCOPE: The scope of work is to locate a consumer, develop ideas, brainstorm, design, and fabricate a device for a person with disabilities.

ATIKA GIDC, Rajkot) KEYWORDS: FEA, Pneumatic Press frame structure, crack, stress concentration ABSTRACT: Presses are used in industries for a wide variety of uses including blanking, piercing and pressing. There are pneumatic presses and hydraulic presses. Metal forming is one of the manufacturing processes which are almost chip less. These operations include deformation of metal work pieces to the desired size by applying pressure or force. Because of continues impact the load, frame of press machine always experience continuous tensile stress.

The machine used for press working is known as press. Press has a frame, bed or bolsters plate and a reciprocating Press work on impact load conditions cause that continuous impact load on frame and press machine experience tensile &bending stress also. Press machine continuous deals with stress and because of this frequently structural failure problem occurred in machine.
