This document discusses demonstrative adjectives and pronouns in English and Spanish. It explains that in English, demonstrative adjectives change form to agree in number with the noun, for example "this" versus "these". In Spanish, demonstrative adjectives have different forms for masculine and feminine as well as singular and plural. Additionally, Spanish has three demonstrative pronouns - "este/a" for near the speaker, "ese/a" for not near, and "aquel/la" for far away. The only difference between demonstrative adjectives and pronouns in Spanish is that pronouns have an accent mark.
