Job Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible to maintain and update the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system to ensure
uninterrupted Pipeline Operations. We have Schneider Electric Oasys DNA System communicating to remote PLCs
using various protocols.
i. Design, develop, document, coordinate and implement changes to the SCADA system and pipeline
operation 24x7 support including changes and the ongoing engineering projects.
ii. Implement MOCs (Management of Change) from field and the Control Center, Engineering, Finance
and Measurement Departments.
iii. Investigate, evaluate and recommend hardware, software, or service required to repair, replace,
enhance, update or improve the SCADA environment.
iv. On-call support for critical production issues and during outages.

1. Tesoro Logistics Control Center at San Antonio, TX:
Successfully executed projects on several consoles to bring in newly acquired pipelines including
supporting engineering, business development and capital growth projects into the production systems. Also,
actively participated in configuring and setting up ATMOS and PLM leak detection systems.
2. Sunoco Logistics Pipelines at Sugarland, TX:
Handled multiple projects of varied scope and size into successful implementation into OasysDNA.
Migration of Honeywell Plantscape system to the Schneider Electric OASys DNA System and
enhancement of features on the live Honeywell Planscape System.
3. Valero Houston Refinery at Houston, TX:
Worked on several projects on different Honeywell DCS platforms ranging from HPM to R210 involving
complex sequential logic implementation ‘Multimedia /Sand Filter Backwash Sequencing’ for Boiler Feed
Water Treatment.
3. Conoco Phillip’s San Juan Gas Plant at Bloomfield, New Mexico:
i Executed the Automation System Upgrade from the old Rosemount RS3 system to the Honeywell
Experion PKS C300 DCS system. Project Execution right from Configuration to startup of the plant
on the Honeywell system.
ii Implemented the Sequence for the Pre Cryogenic process of the Two Train and 3 Bed Mole Sieve
Dehydration System decoded from Rosemount step programs and Dehydration Sequence for the 2 Bed
EPBC Dehydration System decoded from Allen Bradley RS Logix 500 program.
4. Conoco Phillips CO2 Injection Plant at Buckeye, New Mexico:
Executed the Automation System Upgrade to Honeywell Experion PKS C300 DCS system right from
configuration to startup of the plant on the Honeywell system through Factory Acceptance Testing, Site
Acceptance Testing, Hot cutover and Cold cutover during the shutdown and startup.
