 Conduct business and system analysis, project and stakeholder management.
 My Job profile is based on SDLC methodology which involves Requirement
Analysis based on the client requirements. Followed by Configuration/Coding of
the system using Java based tools. Then Test Planning which involves identifying
different test cases and test conditions with expected results based on the system
configuration. I am also responsible for the quality check sign off on testing
performed by my team colleagues (Unit, Integration, Regression and Internal Client
acceptance testing).
 Also responsible for the deployment of setup to production via mainframe jobs and
sign-off production verification.
 Testing is an intensive process which involves identifying populations using DB2
SQL queries and ETL for simple/complex scenarios to prevent defects entering into
production.
 Develop an in-depth insight into the Work flows/issues/defects in the system and is
responsible for the Root cause analysis and providing a fix for the issue.
 Hands on experience with the following tools - Mainframe, SQL, Web
configuration platforms, Citrix, Lotus and Interface tools. JCL, CICS are integrated
part in configuration and testing.
 JCL, SAS, SQL are used for Coding, Scheduling, Monitoring and Verifying
different jobs related to payment, HR information, IVR, Web information etc.
 Provide technical expertise on new ideas for different business processes and
implementing new technologies into the system. Also, act as a technical liaison

enhancements of the existing setup. Lead/present regular client meetings/calls on project
status and new innovations.
Project#2: WEB AUTHENTICATION
Client name: NiSource, Motorola
Duration: August 2013 to March 2014
Project description: Web authentication involves implementation of various means of
authentication before logging into the website which is also used when processing certain
requests through web. Various levels of authentication involve RSA questions, Mobile
Phone, Email which is applicable to the entire population in the database. I’ve worked on
the configuration and testing on this project with successful implementation to production.
Project#3: STEPPED UP AUTHENTICATION

Duration: April 2014 to June 2014
Project description: This involves security checks through Email, Telephone, Message or
answering security questions while the person processes retirement through Web. I worked
on the setup/configuration and testing for the project which involves setting up the
parameters for enabling the security checks in web and testing involves identifying
populations based on plans/benefits through SQL queries and testing in clients dev, qa and
qc website.
Project#4: LUMP SUM WINDOW
Client name: Motorola
Duration: August 2014 to November 2014
Project description: This is a limited period window which opens for a limited time and
ensures that the people in respective plans are able to take their benefits as a whole/lump
sum. I worked on the configuration for the project and testing involves Web, Notices sent
to the eligible person and the internal tool which CSA’s use for helping the employees too
avail their benefits.
Project#5: NEW SECURITY MODEL
Client name: NiSource
Duration: February 2015 to April 2015
Project description: This involves creating personalized User-IDs and Passwords with
security options for the client’s web pages for different users. Previously SSN was used as
an identifier to login the web pages. Received special ‘Kudos’ award from onshore

4. leadership for delivering a stable and defect free project simultaneously on 2 different
clients.
Project#6: CLIENT IMPLEMENTATION (Merger/Split up)
Duration: April 2015 to October 2015
Project description: Two clients have been successfully implemented which are stable with
no production noise. I worked on the Analysis/Configuration/Test planning and Testing
based on the requirements. Job duties includes Mainframe jobs to be handled for Notices,
HR file, Payroll, Address and other miscellaneous jobs, SQL/ETL for identifying and
sorting out populations, Configuring Web pages and customizing. Thorough testing and
simulation of production before going live.
Project#7: REVAMPING CLIENT WEBSITE
Duration: December 2015 to Current
Project description: A total revamping of the clients’ website which is being maintained till
date for the past several years. As a result of new age technology changes, we are
implementing new look and feel to the websites with enhanced features and easier
navigation to improve client/customer experience. I am responsible for the
analysis/configuration/testing of the new technology which involves website routing, Proxy
setup, SSO setup, Site layout, creating a dynamic and eye-catching website having
advanced features which is also easy to use for the viewer. The technology is based on the
website getting adapted to different screen size on different devices.
