1. Introduction:
Design and Development Solution (DDS) was established in 2009. It’s a proprietorship firm.
Its nature of business is structural consultancy. Since that time it consolidated its expertise in
structural design and has gained reputation in designing multistory industrial and commercial
building. Design and Development Solution is a full service structural engineering firm. The
professionals of this firm provide optimum and effective solution to various types of clients
in the design and construction of concrete and steel structures. We have expert professionals
for high rise and tall building structures.
We have also expertise for successes fully completion of Detail Engineering Assessments
(DEA) of multistoried factory building. Our reputation for quality engineering, rapid
response and integrity of work influence the clients to come back to us for further projects.

4. Preparation of location of sub-soil investigation & selection of soil improvement

5. Preparation of structural working drawings.
6. Preparation of general design criteria & materials specification.
7. Preparation of special structural detailing considering earth quake & wind force
which are capable of withstanding earthquake force.

Md Abdul Quddus is the only founder of DDS. He was born at Jessore in Bangladesh, graduated from
BUET in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in Structural Engineer. Upon graduation, he was engaged as a
project designer at project design & construction ltd from 30 May 2005 to 30 May 2008, then engaged
MARZ Engineers and Builders Ltd as a structural design engineer for Aug 2008 to January 2009 &
latest join as Chief Structural Engineer in esteem consultancy firm named Inter space ltd for January
2009 to January 2013.During a subsequent appointment with the Inter space he was successfully
performed many significant activities to resolve the project troubles such as Structural design both
RCC & Steel structural for high rise building (15-25 storied), basement construction in top-down
method with renown developing firm, teamwork with BRTC, BUET, MIST & LGED etc, make sure
for project management & quality control in RCC structural work & achieve the client’s satisfaction
by said tricks.
In 2008 he established Design & Development Solution (DDS) as a CEO since that it was
consolidated its expertise in structural design and has gained reputation in designing
multistory industrial and commercial building. From beginning to till now he was
successfully submitted the varieties residential & commercial building’s design & Details
Engineering Assessment (DEA) of multination factory building to our honorable client &
utmost satisfactory from the client’s.
He was achieved a membership of MIEB no 21384, also gained DMINE/CE no 0231.
Personally he is a good team leader & honorable person to his subordinate’s.
Also he builds up good communication with our honorable client by highly appreciated
performance regarding Structural design & DEA.

consultancies comprising project management, engineering/design services, procurement,

20. Development Plan :
We operate via a highly efficient, robust and cross-functional structure that allows for a
health and progressive growth in size, skill and quality.
The DDS Organizational Chart shows the relationship between the company's various
divisions and departments. All chart components contribute as required to the overall effort of
engineering and construction of any specific project.
It is the policy of DDS to assign to each of its projects a dedicated team. This team is
composed of a group of skilled individuals assigned from various divisions on a full-time
basis as required. Team members perform their respective duties in accordance with a set
planned schedule and budget. Headed by a Project coordinator responsible for directing all
project activities, the Project Team is sustained during the project lifetime. All members of
the Team, whilst responsible to the Project coordinator for all matters related to the project,
remain responsible to their Section and Department Heads for quality and conformity with
design standards and practices adopted in DDS manuals.
