The Center Point Residency complex in Ahmedabad, India offered four-level duplex units with living facilities like drawing rooms, dining areas, bedrooms, kitchens, and balconies or terraces, planned around a central swimming pool, clubhouse, and health club. The residential units were designed with at least two separate facades to maximize daylighting and ventilation, as seen in the floor plans, elevations, and sections showing the layouts.

and independent terraces. Besides, a utility room near
kitchen is planned.
• A swimming pool with green lawn around, a club house, and
a fully equipped health club are proposed as recreational
spaces
• The residential units are designed with at least two
disengaged facades to facilitate optimal day lighting and
ventilation.
