Responsibilities: Commercial relationships from $1MM to $3MM
Primary responsibilities in Renew & Review were:
• Centralized underwriting primarily on credits over $1.0 million.
• Prepare analysis and approve credit for renewal if under my authority
• Financial analysis to include global cash flow
• Perform risk rating (PD) and collateral rating (LGD) if required
• Determine and list any policy exceptions
• Escalate approval if needed
• Transfer credits to ART (Workout) if needed
• Prepare and finalize risk ratings
• Review credits for transfer from ART back to the market.
Primary responsibilities in New Money:
• A member of an overflow team who assisted new money when needed, i.e. heavy vacation periods or spike in new money
volume. Same duties were performed as above except for ART related items.
Accomplishments:
• Volunteered for new money overflow team approving loans as assigned.
• A member of a risk rating project on a merged portfolio. I performed risk ratings on most of the school district and
municipality relationships.
• Volunteered for a 3-day remote access test which required daily conference calls and feedback.

meeting customers and closing new loans. This responsibility lasted for 6 months.

• Built a participation portfolio from about $10MM to $55M.

Responsibilities:
Held various position with about 10 years being as a Credit Analyst. In addition, I was a personal analyst and administrative support
person for the Senior Lender of the Bank. Prior to my credit dept. experience I was in loan review and audit. The last two positions
held at Keystone were in loan operations. I was recruited to be the Team Leader for a new centralized department. Then I obtained
the position of Loan Servicing Manager supervising 5 teams totaling about 30 employees.
Accomplishments:
Successfully centralized 5 Business Manager operating departments into one. This reduced cost, created consistency, improved
quality, and reduced charge-offs.
