● The method of worshipping used based on the five elements and is still found in many
places
● Our thoughts drive our health, be careful of what news you are watching, put your
attention on positive things
● Corona has taught us that God is inside us, God is indifferent to all, we must meditate to
be at the soul level
● The person who meditates regularly, slowly develops a positive, protective shield or Aura
● Sit in a secluded place at least 10-15 feet away from everyone, you will slowly start
listening to the eternal humming sound (Brahma Nad) coming from within you
● Create an Aura around by positive thinking for your safety and protection
● Doctors should meditate for 2 mins before seeing a patient, it will help their Aura become
positive which will protect themselves and help their patients also
● Faith (Bhav), the love element is especially important for doctors. Doctors should
change their lifestyle and have friends or activities outside their professional field
● Doctors, lawyers, judges, police, and politicians are very important pillars of the society,
they should meditate regularly for 30 mins a day as their area of work has a lot of
negativity. By doing so they can better perform their duties.
● Meditation brings you to the soul level rather than physical level. Make your Aura so
strong that negative influences do not affect you.
● Three negative impacts of Corona are physical, financial, and mental stress.
● Next year will be the ‘Year of Meditation’ and so that everyone lives at the soul level not
at the physical level
● Every person has a unique Aura. By studying it, you can know all about that person
● When you will meditate regularly, you will learn that humanity will be your religion and
God is universal consciousness.
● During the Corona pandemic, fighting it with immunity-power has become prevalent but
that only deals with 10% of the problem which is the physical illness. The 90%, which is
mental illness can be improved by meditating and living in the present
● When you meditate, if your thoughts come, don't worry, just witness them, a good state
will come slowly, meditation happens naturally. It cannot be forced.

Jbs Day#3 Shibir Dec_2020 ● The method of worshipping used based on the five elements and is still found in many places ● Our thoughts drive our health, be careful of what news you are watching, put your attention on positive things ● Corona has taught us that God is inside us, God is indifferent to all, we must meditate to be at the soul level ● The person who meditates regularly, slowly develops a positive, protective shield or Aura ● Sit in a secluded place at least 10-15 feet away from everyone, you will slowly start listening to the eternal humming sound (Brahma Nad) coming from within you ● Create an Aura around by positive thinking for your safety and protection ● Doctors should meditate for 2 mins before seeing a patient, it will help their Aura become positive which will protect themselves and help their patients also ● Faith (Bhav), the love element is especially important for doctors. Doctors should change their lifestyle and have friends or activities outside their professional field ● Doctors, lawyers, judges, police, and politicians are very important pillars of the society, they should meditate regularly for 30 mins a day as their area of work has a lot of negativity. By doing so they can better perform their duties. ● Meditation brings you to the soul level rather than physical level. Make your Aura so strong that negative influences do not affect you. ● Three negative impacts of Corona are physical, financial, and mental stress. ● Next year will be the ‘Year of Meditation’ and so that everyone lives at the soul level not at the physical level ● Every person has a unique Aura. By studying it, you can know all about that person ● When you will meditate regularly, you will learn that humanity will be your religion and God is universal consciousness. ● During the Corona pandemic, fighting it with immunity-power has become prevalent but that only deals with 10% of the problem which is the physical illness. The 90%, which is mental illness can be improved by meditating and living in the present ● When you meditate, if your thoughts come, don't worry, just witness them, a good state will come slowly, meditation happens naturally. It cannot be forced.
