Swamiji gave a speech on his birthday where he touched on several spiritual topics:
- People have developed subtle connections with divine energies over the last year and a half.
- Visiting energy centers like the one in Dandi can help balance you spiritually and emotionally, like the deep roots of a peepal tree provide peace.
- Love is the one thing that can be done in any circumstance, though it's best when unconditional and selfless.

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.
1. Swamiji’s Birthday Cake Cutting Pre-Amble CM 2021
(These points were just caught off the cuff and noted impromptu. Apologies for any shortcomings in
note-taking or message conveying. This was not a planned speech and q and a. I don’t have the short q
and a records that took place during this time but this is largely taken from memory and then noted in a
diary).
The touch of snow cooling your hand is an intrinsic trait of snow. (I think he was pointing to some idea
like so it is the nature of the soul to love but don’t quote me on that).
Over the last year and a half, you have developed subtle connections with the divine energies. The
energy statue’s energy in Dandi has amplified from no one having visited it for the last year and a half.
And now that people are starting to visit, I am finding I have to put my attention on you for visiting the
energy centre that much more because of the nature of some people’s spiritual state.
Go and meditate in front of the energy statue without any problems in your mind. If you have problems,
the problems lie within you.
The closing of the ashrams or retreat centres for almost 2 years will likely be a rare event in view of the
800 years that is to come.
A peepal or sacred fig tree balances you or centres you spiritually and emotionally because of its deep
roots. You gain peace from the deep-rooted nature of the tree. A balanced person’s efforts become
balanced.
If you aren’t able to let go of your problems and you feel they are so big, then go every day to the
energy centre. But don’t ask for anything when you are there. Then you will merge naturally with the
energies that reside there.
Thank God we are alive and coped so well during corona. That is the good fortune we have.
I was never so active as I was during this pandemic period. This was so that under one pretense or the
other, your attention would be placed on me.
2. Chants are a tool to entwine with the divine.
No matter where you are, your chitta or conscientious awareness can always be bound by the soul-
based collectivity or with the divine. You may be in the ICU but everyone else in the collectivity is not
there. So when your attention goes on the collectivity or the divine, you can elevate yourself.
And if nothing else, love is that thing you can do in any circumstance or spiritual or emotional condition.
But it should be selfless or unconditional.
The march for Panduranga or an incarnation of Lord Vishnu (aspect of divinity considered sustainer of
creation) is one prime example of how love is blind. Though the color of the statue of Panduranga is
dark, people keep calling it white because of their deep love for Panduranga. They have then named him
as being white when in actuality the color is dark. (This is not to suggest Swamiji is himself discriminating
between light or dark but rather he is just using this as an example of how people can change their
realities based on perception). And with a tremendous faith and huge collectivity, every year, people go
on this march and the energies of this statue can be therefore felt tremendously. Basically, people have
breathed their faith into this statue and belief system so therefore a great energy from this
manifestation arises. So go beyond the body and physical realities and connect with the subtle energies.
Continue this practice and stay far away from the physical body (or attachment to Swamiji’s physical
body). Feel free to ask questions during this time. I have done a doctor session with Deepti in a recorded
format which will air later.
Register with atleast 3 days notice for going to the energy centre so that it gives me time to place my
attention on you.
(Referring to Guruma by his side)
You are seeing the sun and moon side by side for the first time in two years as we have gathered with
you all. You are amongst those lucky people to be able to physically be here. One meditator said to me,
Swamiji you should do more shows like this because when I go to your programs, I barely see you from
the corner at a far distance because of the huge throngs of people that are there. But here at home, I
am spared the trouble of travelling and making so much of effort and can just comfortably watch you in
my undershirt and underwear or boxers. And I can see you on screen as if you are in front of me. The
benefit of this online programming is that it’s globally broadcasted.
Soul freedom can’t be gained in one lifetime. There are many lifetimes of meditation behind it. We think
moksha or soul freedom is something to gain. But it’s actually something to relieve oneself of. Whatever
knowledge or wisdom your body has accumulated needs to be relieved. It’s relinquishing the effects of
the body on your soul.
Guruma
Even if you are in the ICU, you are capable of exhibiting unconditional love. At first, it may be focused
one person, but eventually it would multiply and extend to everyone else. Till 50, love of a partner may
contain a selfish element. After 50, love tends to become more unconditional
(There was an emphasis on exercising daily and we tend not to value it. There was a point about 3 things
