People sometimes think that meditation is no thought. Believing this when I first started meditating really held me back. Find out what I learned and how I overcame this.
Most of us(some time or other) do have sleepless nights worrying about something that had happened in the past and allow it to dictate our future holding on negative experience/pain rather than moving towards positives.
Terrible first impression
Inappropriate decisions like shutting off business
Major deaths /accident in close family -When we hold on to that pain, we can't move on to something more positive.
It's important to let it go and leave the past behind as is the classical example of Smt Draupadi Murmu , Honourable President of India

Countless volumes have been written trying to explain the mystery of three persons in one true God, leaving us to resort to metaphors such as the three-leaf clover to try to comprehend the Divinity. Many of us grew up with the quintessential pyramidal Trinity structure of God at the top and Son and Spirit in opposite corners. But what if we looked at this ‘mystery’ from a different perspective? What if we shifted our language of God as a being towards the concept of God as love? What if we focused more on the relationship within the Trinity versus the persons of the Trinity? What if stopped looking at God as a noun…and instead considered God as a verb? Check it out…

The Book of Joshua is the sixth book in the Hebrew Bible and the Old Testament, and is the first book of the Deuteronomistic history, the story of Israel from the conquest of Canaan to the Babylonian exile.
In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

1. Some Random Highlights of Appreciation from My CM 2021 Diaries
(There are many points I appreciated during CM but here are some of the ones I am willing to exert
myself to share).
Swamiji- The difference between you and me is that I believe the powers that be exists within me and
you don’t. Once you start, you will automatically become like the powers that be.
Many things about people’s past lives or current life trends can be picked up through understanding of
the text Brighu Samhita. I have been trying to similarly work on a book to explain how to understand
one’s aura as there are many experimental combinations which would need to be used to explain these.
I can do this in combination with an IT team and the use of technology. A deep state is required for
working on this and I am often not able to sit down to do it because of all the daily routine work I am
involved in. I can set the format but the IT team needs to do the work. Pray that I get the time to write
this and it will certainly appear soon.
Past life mistakes repeat themselves. We often tend to make the same mistakes in the present life.
Hence, why I may keep repeatedly telling someone to not do certain things because they fell into this
trap in a previous life.
Your love is my inspiration.
Love is the soul’s nature. Your core nature is to love. Work with that.
We wish for other people to be in peace but why don’t we wish ourselves that? Why don’t we wish for
peace and contentment for ourselves? We then don’t depend on others for it. You can pray “To the
powers that be, in your grace, may we be showered with inner peace.” five times.
Why complain when all is inside you? What’s inside you is what’s running the show. I may wish for you
to be aligned with the divine from the bottom of my heart. But it’s not in my hands. I love everyone and
wish well for everyone but this is not that thing which the body got or acquired.
Someone can give a material thing. This comes from the soul or spiritual dimensions. The doors for the
powers that be are open for one and all. Until you don’t want something, the powers that be can’t
2. forcefully pass it to you. It’s when you want it from a soulful point of view that the higher force can give
it to you. Love becomes a way for receiving this divine force. I leave it to you to crave this.
During these birthday celebrations, I am grateful from the heart for all your love that you have
expressed. Try loving for one year and see where you end up. That will be the greatest gift. Namaskaar
or salutations to the divine in you from the divine in me.
Kala Dunger is that rare place where the ocean, mountain and salty marshland all exist together.
People don’t see thought pollution as an epidemic. Doctors have knowledge of the body but not of the
thought process of a person. A negative perception of the patient plays a role in their healing. So no
matter how skilled the doctor is, the patient themselves may be self-defeating the healing process.
Whereas a positive minded person, no matter how much worse they may be when compared with the
negative thinker’s issue, may pull through because of their optimism. (The following is my paraphrasing
and not Swamiji’s direct words). A person may further delay their healing when people throw a pity
party on you through group sympathy when you may speak of your health problem. E.g. a sore knee. So
therefore try not to get it in everyone’s gaze that you have a particular problem.
An optimist with a worst condition may come out better than a pessimist with a small issue. You can’t
treat the mind. (To the doctors), focus on your work which is in your control. Doctors need to be
cheerful and less impacted by a patient’s situation. When the patient sees a cheerful person, they will
also light up.
Samarpan is grasped by the soul and not the body.
Guruma point-
When someone said we are in an era of devolution, Guruma responded that it’s up to us to keep our
aura in a highly elevated state. Because when we do so, we are always residing in the era of the highest
spiritually elevating frequency which is often referred to as Satyug. We must be aware of our own
leakage points for where we let our conscientious awareness stray. E.g. News channels incite poor or
weaker conscientious awareness. Or if someone is polluting you or bringing you down, pray to God and
move away from that spot.
From every disaster, something good is also born. A volcano eruption also helps to make the soil around
it more fertile. The same goes for corona.
During a baby delivery, it’s important for the mother who has registered for Swamiji to keep his
attention on a given pregnancy, to be surrendered to the powers that be. So when they are getting labor
pains at odd hours, it’s not necessary for Swamiji to be messaged in body for a particular time. If the
person just messages Geeta (the department director for registering such pregnancies), assume Swamiji
got the message right there and then. The delivery will go smooth. Whereas if you got it in your head
that Swamiji will see the message when he wakes up and you had the pain at midnight, you could be in
pain for 3 or 4 hours potentially. The main principle in all this is surrender because it’s an act of the
divine forces and not the body.
When you are learning something, understand and explain things in your own words. As you lie down,
refresh your task list. Three times of going over material becomes like an imprint of understanding.
