applications
 Proven track record of managing the entire data migration process including initial scoping,
business requirements gathering, ETL and post go-live audits across a wide variety of
technologies including SAP and Salesforce.com

 Managed contractual compliance and commercial positioning within a large and complex
commercial negotiation
 Led cutover worksteam throughout the entire project and delivered a highly successful cutover
 Led the Security & Authorisation workstream through requirements gathering, blueprint,
realisation and functional unit testing phases including resource planning and scope control
 Led regression testing workstream through test definition, execution and sign off phases
Twinings – Jan 2013 – Nov 2014; UK, China & Poland
 Led the data workstream through data identification, design extract transform and load;
managed client staff and contractors
 Assumed responsibility for a failing client-side data function. Managed stakeholder
expectations and put in controls to de-risk data and ultimately deliver excellent data for go-lives
 Developed post implementation data governance setup from design through the bid process to
implementation. Sold the concept to senior stakeholders

 Architected the overall data process where data was passed from front office trading systems
through the middle office to the back office trade accounting platform (SAP Bank Analyser)
 Provided data to allow for consolidated reporting across nearly 150 legal entities in 14 countries
 Addressed the data quality issues that were inherent within the data set in a pragmatic manner
delivering data that met the business requirements

 Led the transformation of the information strategy within the programme which enabled the
