2012 – Present Data Analyst
 Managing the operation of multiple databases with MS SQL Server; with good SQL
knowledge and highly experienced in writing queries for data extraction,
transformation, loading and more advanced manipulations using stored
procedures, triggers, cursors, windows, etc.
 Utilising number of BI software RapidMiner, Tableau, Crystal Report and SQL to
interrogate large data volume; extract underlying information, patterns and
trends; capture key insights and develop business report
 Developing automated processes, assist in delivering new reporting solutions to
the business which helps improving the efficiency and effectiveness of core
