Work Experience
Jan 2015 - Present Sales Manager - Trilby Multimedia
I established this new role within the business by restructuring the pricing model to centralise the
process to sell and buy and also restructured the way the business charged expenses thus
making the training profitable. I also designed the reseller channel strategy and partner
programme to assist in bringing the product to key reseller partners and was a key driver behind
the development of the channel booking calendar. All of these helped establish consistency within
the business throughout all processes and helped establish a strong Trilby brand. The SWOT
analysis I produced was vital whilst producing a RTM strategy for the products and also was a
useful tool in marketing the company including redesigning the website. Furthermore I delivered
multiple keynote presentations on Trilby TV across the UK to resellers, schools and at events.
This involved organising the team by designing, implementing and communicating a predisposed
presentation for events to showcase the USP of Trilby TV, whilst clearly identifying the brand.
July 2014 - Dec 2014 Business Development Manager - Westcoast Limited
Recruited as an Apple BDM working with the Apple Authorised Reseller channel to help promote
and increase the amount of Apple purchased from Westcoast and maintain their number 1 market
share position. Working from an existing list of Authorised resellers to arrange meetings with the
business managers to establish various needs they had and apply Westcoast’s range of services
to bring in more business. Later my focus was changed to complimentary partner vendors for
Apple expanding the circle of margin proposition on elements such as Mobile Device
Management, Accessories and Apple Training.

2. May 09 - June 2014 Apple Specialist - Misco UK
As an Apple specialist at Misco it was my responsibility to promote and inform our sales team of
the way in which Apple products and services can benefit there customers, and to ensure the
continuous growth of Apple within Misco. I worked closely with Apple to produce sales tools such
as price lists and product e-shots to promote key products at strategic buying periods, which
involved producing quotes for the 4 sales teams in the UK (around 200+ account managers) and
speaking to a range of different customers from education to large corporates to create Apple
solutions that fit there needs. In 2009 after only 6 months in this role I won specialist of the year
and was later given the responsibility of specialist team leader managing the day to day running
of the team.
My greatest achievement in this role was growing the business YoY from £6m in 2010 to £9m in
2011, to £23.5m in 2012, and finally 28.5m when I left in 2013.

Interests and Activities
I am very active and love my sports, I play Rugby for Wellingborough RFC every week as well as
volunteering as club secretary for a local Ladies football team. I was captain of my university
rugby league team and also used to play for Coventry Bears. I have a black belt 2nd Dan in
Karate and Kickboxing and have been WKA Yorkshire champion 4 times and represented GB at
the Vienna World Championships in 2000. Apart from sports I enjoy computer games and
cooking.
