Project Analyst, Global Payments and Project Support (2010 to Present)
Responsible for multiple projects and business as usual activities within Bank of America Wire Transfer
department. Support one of the banks’ Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) applications, managed the
successful migration of the Military Bank project which involved simplifying and modernizing the process with
no negative impact to clients, completed on time, within budget.
 Created correspondence templates, reports templates, and tracking worksheets for a Global Investigation project.
Ensured all requirements were met based on the business requirement documents, all reports were delivered on
time and with no gaps. Act as a liaison with Operations, technical team and outside vendors.
 Skilled listener and communicator that is able to assess staff needs and convey necessary information.
 Work with technical teams to provide user testing scripts, testing of new enhancements, business case
development, funding requests, and vendor support for any fixes or enhancements to the system.
 Created and hosted monthly meeting for the one of the Wire applications. These meeting involved
Operations, testing and technical teams where a forum was developed to discuss any existing issues,
fixes and enhancements. Created a SharePoint site where all documentation, meeting information and

Business Analyst, Wire Transfer Services (1991 to 2009)
Responsible for the Wire Transfer Contingency site in San Francisco. Involved the maintenance of equipment
and keeping the Business Unit Recovery Plan up to date. Coordinate and conduct two required tests a year and
participate in the California Regional Support team annual exercise. Compliance Tracking and sample audits,
ensuring that the operation groups are adhering to the corporate policies and procedures and all scheduled tasks
are completed in a timely manner. Budget Planning, include variance monitoring, reporting, forecasting, annual
planning, and expense reductions.
 Savings of $52K telecom expense for both direct and indirect costs by eliminating 61 phone/fax lines in
all three wire sites.
 As an investigator, researched incoming calls from an 800 line. Interviewed staff which implemented the
change in the Branch Fund Transfer Inquiry options for training and procedures. This included the
change of the requirements for acquiring system access and how to access information without
assistance from Wire. The change greatly reduced the number of calls coming into the payment area by
half and a savings of $223K and 3 FTE.
 Assisted and coordinated Voice over IP (VoiP) conversion of 80 extensions at the BCP site within time
and no additional costs. Assisted and coordinated BCP refresh or 200 workstations with no negative
impact.
 Assisted with the IVR project in the Concord Phone unit to convert 18 users over from the NICE
recording version 2 to version 3 within in time and no negative impact to users.
 Updated the New York ACD announcement for a better flow of incoming calls
