Responsible for the End-to-End Solutions delivery of the $20MM DW/BI
projects. Managed the pre-sales activities such as creating SOW,
developing staffing Plan, pricing estimates and RFP/RFI.
 Managed 150+ people team in India spread across the multiple cities in
India. Integrated all Pfizer engagements across the globe for Cognizant.
Helped to build technical and SME competencies while providing value-
add/cost savings to Pfizer through continuous improvements.
Jan 2005 –Jun 2008 Hewlett Packard (HP) / Knightsbridge – Principal Consultant
 Worked as Principal consultant at Knightsbridge. I was nominated for
Health and Life Master Solutions architect and was in the process of getting Master
Science (HL&S)- certification when I left HP.
Pharmaceutical
 Pfizer –Responsible for overall solution design and delivery of a Global
Finance Data Warehouse (GFW) for a Pharmaceutical company.
Managed $5mm project and team of 15 people. Responsible for
managing ETL and Data Delivery portion of the project as well as the
account management and sales activities.
 Wyeth - Worked as Engagement Manager as well as overall solution
architect for EDW Remediation project at Wyeth Pharmaceutical.
Implemented the JDE to SAP & SAP BW remediation on time and on
budget.
 Berlex – Implemented PM Methodology and helped to setup a Project
Management Office (PMO) for Berlex IT and Business.
 Genentech – Delivered overall data warehouse and ETL architecture,
provided technical leadership, and managed an ETL team of 10.
Involved with Master Data Management (MDM) for Customer Data
Integration using Siperian tool. Acted as Development manager and ETL
Architect for the Commercial Data Warehouse (CDW) project.
 BSC –Developed a BI Master Plan. Developed BI strategy and roadmap

Feb 1999 –Dec 2004 Gemini Consulting Service – DW Architect
 Freightliner – As DW Architect, developed the technical and ETL
HL&S – Payor architecture for the enterprise data warehouse (EDW) and the Total
Business Excellence balanced scorecard project. Defined and
Automobile – implemented development lifecycle processes, EDW architecture and
Freightliner standards, and the security architecture.
 The Regence Group - Led the architecture team for the Regence
Warehouse Reporting and Decision Support (REWARDS) system. Played
several major roles on the project. Project was a major success and
received many accolades, and was featured in the “What Works” section
of The Data Warehouse Institute (TDWI) Magazine.
