Team Work
 During my role at JayJay I demonstrated excellent teamwork skills in a busy retail
environment by helping others complete their duties when I was available.
 Ability to quickly build friendly relationships with colleagues and calmly deal with any
problems as shown during my retail experience, where I dealt with customer complaints
on behalf of the team.
Effective communication
 I made use of my fluent English language skill when students had to work in groups to
give an oral presentation as part of a course work. I have taken multiple English
language examinations to improve my fluency.
 Strong presentation skills and confidence demonstrated by experience of delivering
presentations to groups of international students during the international orientation day

Productivity
 I work very hard when am at work, very focused on achieving my aims of the day and
I listen carefully to my manager before I start the task
 As u can see I displace effective organisation before the task of the day, and focus very
critically at work to achieve the target of sales of the month.

 My task where mostly based on timing at river island because of the fast pace
environment and which I deliver a good quality time management
 I am also very punctual to work and very enthusiastic in my daily activities.

 Engaged with customers, listened carefully to their needs and adapted sales information
appropriately. Passionate, enthusiastic and very hard working.
 A team player keen to meet new challenges, learn new things and conscientious and

WORK HISTORY AND EXPERIENCE
November 2016-December 2016 River island Bath Sales Advisor
 Worked on the busy sales floor, took deliveries, stock control and dealt with customers
with high quality customer care.
 worked as a team to achieve the targets of week and we worked in fast pace
environment
 Providing technical assistance with the machines at the counter when is at fault this
shows how reliable and been helpful when it comes to team work.
 Demonstrated reliability and enthusiasm during early morning shifts, exceeded sales

 I display productivity during the working environment at river Island, I make sure am
focused and well organised during my work for example I complete my task at the right

 Demonstrated skills in ensuring rooms were clean to customers’ satisfaction, greeted
and welcomed guests with a smile. Also, I regularly transported cleaning products to
and from location and assisted with basic sanitation and laundry needs. This shows how
responsible and well organised am in terms of work.
 Reported any problem in rooms to senior housekeeper and manager and suggested
methods of problem solving. Reported leftover belongings owned by customers to
manager, cleaned rooms, bathrooms, removed rubbish and completed tasks in a timely
manner.
 Coordinated the team in other to accomplish the duty of the day in the hotel. This has
proven how responsible and a team player I am.

 Hoovered guest rooms, dusted tables, changed beddings, cleaned bathrooms and
ensured public areas and rooms were clean at all times. Also, complied with all health
and safety regulations.
 Operated and used cleaning machinery to remove rubbish from rooms and public areas,
polished brass and wardrobes. Monitored stock level of linen supply and cleaning
products and reported faulty equipment and damages in rooms.

 Planned staff rota to ensure fitting rooms, till and replenishment were covered at all

HOBBIES AND INTEREST
In my spare time I like listening to music, reading, hanging out with friends, listening to news,
playing multiple games on my computer, phone and xbox and spending quality time with my
family.
