Position MEP Construction Manager
Project Emirates Twin Towers (Office Tower) in Dubai.
Nature of Work This is the worlds 8th
tallest tower at 58 stories, it was a fast track
project involving all Electrical HV/LV/ELV, Mechanical, HVAC,
Plumbing, Drainage, false ceilings and access flooring, specialized
voice and data, fire etc. for an ultra modern office tower with podium,
shopping mall, various restaurants, car parks, special lighting and
features. Responsibilities included all meetings of engineering,
construction, HSE, co ordination, QA/QC, progress, planning,
meeting with various contractors and outlet clients, arranging and
accompanying walk downs and handovers. All milestones were met
before due date and project was completed before schedule and
within budget.

Project Modernization of Das Island Control Systems
Nature of Work Responsible for all site activities in relation to field engineering and
installation of a complete new process control system for receiving
facilities for four major oil fields on Das Island Abu Dhabi plus the
installation of a Fire and Gas and Emergency Shut Down system. The
work scope also included the construction of four equipment
buildings and one central control building with all associated civil and
services works. This project also involved a hot change over to the
new system. The work was carried out and completed before the
programmed completion date.
