Project Description : The contract comprises of landmark building with floor area 8800 sq
m over basement, ground, first floor and gallery levels. The building
form of circular and rises to a viewing tower floor approx. 16 m from
ground floor level and will provide a focal point to the area. The
works include 250 car parking spaces, VIP parking area. The project
has a specialist sub-contractor for exhibition from Holland, (Hypsos ).
The project has very wide range of high standard of finishing
materials imported mostly from Europe. The project comprises steel
structure for the galleries approx..500 tons.
Job Responsibility Manage shop construction and monitor major& minor materials
orders & deliveries specially for high standard finishing materials, in
order to ensure the project is delivered to time, cost and quality
standards and prepare full project target budget.
Manage the team of engineers and supervisors to control the all construction
phases from planning to hand over to the client on time& cost.
Oversee on-site construction works in order to ensure that operations are
carried out in the most efficient and safe manner and operating

Job Responsibility:-
1. Manage shop construction and monitor major materials orders & deliveries, in order
to ensure the project is delivered to time, cost and quality standards and prepare full
project target budget
2. Analyze and check technical drawings in order to ensure the feasibility of project
designs and engineering activities proceed in a manner that is consistent with the
project design and review it in full coordination with the Brand Managers
3. Identify and recommend project resources for procurement (manpower and
materials), provide specifications, perform technical evaluation/assessment of
quotes, ensure effective follow up where appropriate and award contracts to

 The contract comprises the Renovation by Installation, Construction, Testing,
Commissioning and Maintenance house connection of Sanitary, Water Supply
and Telephone Networks in Salmiya & Rumaithiya. The sanitary works carried
both open trench & trench less (Micro-tunneling) techniques along with
manholes (MHs) construction, water works included the replacing of AC pipes
by DI pipes along with MHs and Telephones works consisted of laying the
ducts & construction of HHs & MHs.
Job Responsibility:
Included, but not limited to:
1. Co-ordination with MPW Engineers for the method of checking the stages of
constructed work solving problems for sanitary works.
2. Co-ordination with Technical Office for preparation of shop drawing and with

Reconstruction of Fifth Ring Road Motorway to 4 lanes (approx. - 5.4 KM) including:
 2 Nos. bridges, length center to abutment bearings: 172 meters, 5 spans cast-in-place
post-tensioned concrete box girder.
 6 Nos. pedestrian over bridges concrete box girder and three piers, center to center of
piers 33 meters.

Cairo.
