1 SYNOPSIS OF CAREER SUMMARY
International multi organization of my present company has kept me increasing my knowledge and
upgrading skills. In the foreseeable future, I am therefore looking for a new and challenging career

2 Career Summary
2.1 Post : Operation Day Foreman
Company : Sadara Chemical Company

Achievement: Successfully one of the team to start up Train 1, the first product of Solution
Polyethylene plant capacity of 50MT/day.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve EHS performance target in term of zero Injury, LOPC<10 , MVA=0 and zero process
safety near misses
• Support a full BIF implementation in shift group, which include full compliance with the PTHA,
BBO, near miss reporting & SWP scheduled audits.
• Effective use of BOC to drive the individual’s expectations and department goals.
• Deal with RTMS for Maintenance of equipment (Mechanical. Electrical and Instrument)
• Effective use of the OPD in terms of accurate log book, maintained TML and CTT.
• Achieve the product quality target in term of active leadership of plant quality plans and issues,
maintaining a close follow up on sampling schedule, batches quality parameters hard copy
record and blender movements.
• Active follow up on line and equipment’s labeling to complete train 1, 2 and 4 and identify any
further labeling needs.
• Support a startup and operation of Trains 1&2
• Handling and documented all waste generation from Process area and deal with Environment
Department. Key in SAP Easy entry for categories waste material.
• Handling in manner the product scraps which is generated from Train 1 and 2.
• Read and understand the shift handover Logbook from the OD and follow up if any issue
arising. Any plant activities should have a printed procedure from OD.
• Issue the work notification on the “Facility issue / unplanned event if any job or work carried
out by the Electrical, Instrument, Process Automation (PAL) or Mechanical.
• Submission of Near Miss in OPD.
2.1 Post : Shift Supervisor (DiPhenyl Carbonate & Polycarbonate plant)

Responsibilities:
• To carry out plant (Field) in a safe manner to achieve the quality and quantity according to the
plan as directed by Operation Specialist, Process Engineer or from Operation Manager.
• Ramp up and ramp down plant throughput according to business strategy as directed by the
management, inventory of raw material from neighbour plant, utilities rampage or plant
equipments having failure.
• Command order to DCS Boardman to make an adjustment or to take any action if any upset
of quality reported by Quality Assurance.
• Good communication with Mechanical, CSI, Electrical, RSD and Product Warehouse in order to
make plant equipment running smooth and direct discussion how to make troubleshoot if any
equipment failure operation.
• Communicate in SAP system in order to make integrity of any jobs direct to respective party.
• Carry out all HSE matter and take an jurisdiction action if any violation occurred in plant either
by employee or contractor hire by the company.
• Ensure clean, safe and efficient plants environment in view of big plant area and complexity of
plant operation (integrated petrochemical site).
• Immediate response to the operational problems and emergency conditions.
• Integration of various skill and knowledge, and understanding the impact to the plant area.
• Make necessary typical adjustment at field to maintain plant operation in within control limit.
• Revised and generate new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Perform PM job on Mechanical, Instrumentation or Electrical base on PM Master plan and
derive if any problem occurs on the equipments.
• Manage group of 15 to 20 operator and most of them are Saudi, Indian and Malaysian.
Jobs Scope:
• Performed shift hand over from Shift Supervisor of the previous shift in orderly manner.
• Delegation jobs to shift operator (inside & outside) and concerning of safety.
• Performed start-up, shutdown and emergency activities with minimum supervision in
accordance with established procedures and instruction.
• Performed phenol washing if any equipment such as blower, Gear pumps are having
abnormality on discharge pressure or the blower frequently trip due to blower jammed.
• Issue Notification to Maintenance Department if any trouble occurs and planning jobs for
Maintenance as well in SAP system.
• Liaise with Quality Assurance Laboratory about sample’s delivery and make an prior action
whenever lab result showing towards or upset in LIMS.
• Liaise with Product Handling to determine the product’s in Silo and corresponding with
product’s classification.
• Write a “Shift Report, Production Report and Daily Report” at the end of the shift.
• Update the Production Template (Total Production Daily, Scrap generation and Yield)
• PTW (Cold, Hot, Confine Space, Vehicle permits etc.) approval.

• Lead the department to ensure the plant is running smooth in a safe manner, produce high
quality and high volume of products (yield) and optimize the process.
• Coordinating daily activities including shutdown and start up among Operations, Maintenance
and Electrical / Instrument personal.
• Assist Production Section Manager on trouble shooting and optimize the process parameter
• Lead the plant safety walk through (PGI) and involve in Production Safety Committee Meeting.
• Lead the team in any emergency response in Plant.
• Permit to work authorization (Cold Work / Hot Work / Confined Space/ etc).
• Making daily decision on the process.
• 5’S Coordinator and ensuring plant practice a 5’S (good manner housekeeping)
• Able handling “Centre Hot Cut Pelletizer” which is led to Extruder capacity 2.5T/Hr (x2 unit) by
the JSW TEX140.
2.3 Post : Operation Foreman (Oil and Gas plant)
Company : Petrodar Operating Company Sudan (PDOC)

Responsibilities:
• As an Operation Foreman responsible for all daily activities of the plant such as Pigging activity,
Dewatering, BS&W analyzer updating, Crude Oil Exporting, Boilers operation, Utilities
supplying etc.
• Pigging Operation
Every 2 week conduct 36” pipe line 450KM cleaning by pigging operation, purposely to
remove all solidify material such wax and mud inside the pipe line. Communication between
Central Processing Facility (CPF) and Upstream Processing Facility (UPF) and the aid calculation
where and when the pig will receive.
• Dewatering (Surge Vessel & Electrostatic Dehydrator’s)
Crude entering the CPF were channel to Surge vessel whereby the process of Dewatering
occurred. By the gravity, crude with oil will go to top and water will settling at the bottom
whereby the waste water removed.
• Degassing (Gas Boot, Knock Out Drum & Cold Vent Drum)
Gas from crude oil is transfer to Knock-out drum whereby gas is naturalize by cooling water
before it’s release as a safe gas to atmosphere.
• Chemical Injection (Demulsifies, PPD, Wax Inhibitor, Reverse Demulsifier etc.)
In order to expedite the separation water and oil, some chemical was injected to separate the
oil and water. PPD, Wax Inhibitor or Reverse Demulsifier was injected by the metering pump to
Metering station unit to separated oil and water.
• Utilities (Fuel system, Boilers [Hot Oil-Therminol 55], Water Treatment system)
A part of responsibility also to take care of Water Treatment plant whereby Raw water from the
Nile River was pump to Water Treatment care unit and incoming water to be analyze and

addition of water chemical to remove hardened organic compound before water is safe for
use.
Raw water from Nile River also use as a Fire Water.
2.4 Post : Commissioning Supervisor & Training Coordinator

Responsibility comprises:
• To details out the items related to discipline areas from procurement, availability at site,
installation, testing, reinstatement & commission base on the System Definition. To work out
with Punch List Coordinator at site.
• To identify the manpower of commissioning crew at site (sub-contractors).
• Reviewing, compiling, attaching with the vendor data sheet document.
• Reviewing the Testing & Pre Commissioning (T&C) and Commissioning Manual and identify
the scope of work.
• Involve in Material Receiving, do checking as per packing list, physical inspection and
identification for specification. Coordinate with Material Controller.
• Coordinate with project team, engineering team & client representative.
• Ensure all safety requirement are met during T&C & Commissioning. To generate each Job
Safety Analysis (JSA).
• To monitor the proper compilation of document (base on Sub-Sub System) – check sheet
(mechanical, instrument, electrical, vendor data, P&ID, punch list & document accepted by
Client.
• Coordinate with Vendors, QC Inspectors & Client Representatives.

Responsibilities: • Achieve EHS performance target in term of zero Injury, LOPC<10 , MVA=0 and zero process safety near misses • Support a full BIF implementation in shift group, which include full compliance with the PTHA, BBO, near miss reporting & SWP scheduled audits. • Effective use of BOC to drive the individual’s expectations and department goals. • Deal with RTMS for Maintenance of equipment (Mechanical. CURRICULAR VITAE Period : January 2008 ~2011 (2nd joining) Responsibilities: • Lead in Safety management, incident investigation and Project safety assessment. • Turnaround and plant safety coordinator. • Lead the department to ensure the plant is running smooth in a safe manner, produce high quality and high volume of products (yield) and optimize the process. • Coordinating daily activities including shutdown and start up among Operations, Maintenance and Electrical / Instrument personal. • Assist Production Section Manager on trouble shooting and optimize the process parameter • Lead the plant safety walk through (PGI) and involve in Production Safety Committee Meeting. • Lead the team in any emergency response in Plant. • Permit to work authorization (Cold Work / Hot Work / Confined Space/ etc). • Making daily decision on the process. • 5’S Coordinator and ensuring plant practice a 5’S (good manner housekeeping) • Able handling “Centre Hot Cut Pelletizer” which is led to Extruder capacity 2.5T/Hr (x2 unit) by the JSW TEX140. 2.3 Post : Operation Foreman (Oil and Gas plant) Company : Petrodar Operating Company Sudan (PDOC) Country : Republic of Sudan Period : October 2005 ~January 2008 Responsibilities: • As an Operation Foreman responsible for all daily activities of the plant such as Pigging activity, Dewatering, BS&W analyzer updating, Crude Oil Exporting, Boilers operation, Utilities supplying etc. • Pigging Operation Every 2 week conduct 36” pipe line 450KM cleaning by pigging operation, purposely to remove all solidify material such wax and mud inside the pipe line. Communication between Central Processing Facility (CPF) and Upstream Processing Facility (UPF) and the aid calculation where and when the pig will receive. • Dewatering (Surge Vessel & Electrostatic Dehydrator’s) Crude entering the CPF were channel to Surge vessel whereby the process of Dewatering occurred. By the gravity, crude with oil will go to top and water will settling at the bottom whereby the waste water removed. • Degassing (Gas Boot, Knock Out Drum & Cold Vent Drum) Gas from crude oil is transfer to Knock-out drum whereby gas is naturalize by cooling water before it’s release as a safe gas to atmosphere. • Chemical Injection (Demulsifies, PPD, Wax Inhibitor, Reverse Demulsifier etc.) In order to expedite the separation water and oil, some chemical was injected to separate the oil and water. PPD, Wax Inhibitor or Reverse Demulsifier was injected by the metering pump to Metering station unit to separated oil and water. • Utilities (Fuel system, Boilers [Hot Oil-Therminol 55], Water Treatment system) A part of responsibility also to take care of Water Treatment plant whereby Raw water from the Nile River was pump to Water Treatment care unit and incoming water to be analyze and
