Gas from crude oil is transfer to Knock-out drum whereby gas is naturalize by cooling water
before it’s release as a safe gas to atmosphere.
• Chemical Injection (Demulsifies, PPD, Wax Inhibitor, Reverse Demulsifier etc.)
In order to expedite the separation water and oil, some chemical was injected to separate the
oil and water. PPD, Wax Inhibitor or Reverse Demulsifier was injected by the metering pump to
Metering station unit to separated oil and water.
