great people doing the
work â not just the
one person who has
the privilege of being
at the top.â
Leading in an era where intellectual capital is the
dominant source of value has become increasingly
complex. Drawing on a multitude of best-selling
leadership books, Marshall shows why the
skills of todayâs global leaders wonât be enough
and why tomorrowâs leaders wonât resemble

leadershipâ and their implications on the world
of work today and tomorrow. Marshall offers
unprecedented insight into the new challenges
of global leadership and what it will take to meet
them.
Marshall is a world authority in helping successful
leaders achieve positive, lasting change in
behaviour: for themselves, their people and their
teams. He is the million-selling author or editor

In a time of constant change, success depends
on seeing the world through rookie eyes. We are
often at our best when we are doing something

the smarts and capabilities of the people around

and get more from other people are Multipliers.

For the last 20 years, strategic HR
has been in vogue. In the traditional
view, strategy is a mirror in which
HR sees and aligns its practices to

professionals align their work with
forces and stakeholders outside
their organisations. Welcome to
