General Management experience in
various industries. He currently
manages the operations for a rapidly
growing IT services company that
provides support, project and advisory
services to more than 100 small and
medium size businesses in a wide range
of sectors.
Pejman Mannani, P.Eng., is a
professional engineer with over 15
years of experience in engineering,
project management, and business
development in the oil, gas, and
petrochemical industries. Pejman’s
strengths include leadership, project
management, risk management, long
term planning, cost analysis, and
business development. He is
currently a project manager and a
business development manager for
the Canadian operations of a major
global EPC firm.
Sarah Kellow, CPHR, CCP is a
Human Resources professional with
over 15 years of experience leading
strategic projects, compensation and
organizational change in the
professional services and real estate
industry. Sarah oversees the planning
and implementation of HR strategies
aligned to achieve the corporate
objectives. She currently leads a global
team.
Susan Ingram, B.H.Ecol (F&N), is
a seasoned healthcare professional
with over 27 years’ experience in the
management of healthcare sites both
Acute and Long-term Care. Her
strengths in healthcare have been in a
number of areas including human
resources as she relates well to staff in
both union and non-union
environments, budget maintenance in
removing deficits, policy writing, and
capital and strategic planning. She has
an ability to empower employees by
understanding the front-lines. Susan
also has experience in private small
business in payroll, accounts payable
and receivable.
Mohammed Al-Mofty M.Sc., P.Eng,
brings 23 years of experience
in engineering, industrial processes
optimization and retrofitting, and
project management. Mohammed is
currently responsible for the
development of technologies and
operational methodologies to treat
produced waters from Oil & Gas
operations for reclamation purposes to
eliminate the environmental impact of
handling and disposing of these
waters.
