 At TTC Group (UK) Plc I was involved in Microsoft Dynamics CRM software utilizing it to manage day to day
work and also manage the KPI’s that were set, Selling into companies Fleet Managers Op’s Managers Etc.
 At P.C. Werth Ltd I changed the way the Regional Sales and Business Development Managers reported to
the office. I created a spreadsheet which had time management on. Also on the spreadsheet I incorporated
mileage and expenses so we just emailed a single form back to the office at the end of the week.

Day to Day - I met customers and took them upstairs to the pre-screening room and then
continued to carry out the process of pre-screening, following this customer went in to see the Optician. Upon coming
out we discussed with the Optician the customer’s requirements and went to choose frame/s – I then dispensed the
frame/s to the customer and once payment had been taken I informed them when they are ready.
I have undertaken the “Green Blood” scheme where you are introduced to the Specsavers way of doing things.
I have also been involved with the hear care side of the business where we test customers hearing and then

Project Management of installations of new and existing clients. Liaising with the appropriate Foremen/Project

Achievements
I have developed CRM processes to work efficiently and more productively (TTC Group (UK) Plc.
I can take the customer through the complete optical process from the pre-screening, through to the dispensing and

I was instrumental in a large County Council changing their policies to include “Soundfield Systems” in their extensive
new and refurbished school classrooms (P.C. Werth Ltd).
I project managed a million pound project for a major pharmaceutical chain with regards to the installation of a Voice
Alarm System including the supply of “as fitted” drawings and also managing the installation team on the site (Clarity
UK Ltd).

Personal Interests
Outside of work I am married and have a daughter who is 12 years old and a son 6 plus a baby daughter of
3 years, this takes up most of my spare time at the weekends or indeed after work. I enjoy riding my bicycle when I get
the time and going out with the children.
I currently hold a Full Clean UK driving license. I enjoy travelling as part of the working day.
