 Negotiate price of available rooms to the guest and make the check in.
 Make the check-in by registering the guest into the hotel’s PMS system.

 Scan the guest identification card which is either Emirates ID or Passport into the hotels
Vicas System and send copies to RAKTDA which is Ras Al Khaimah tourism
department.

 Login to Booking.com and other OTA”s to check the hotel’s bookings and make the
reservations with the hotels PMS system.
