Responsibility as Branch Operations Officer:
 Responsible for day to day cash transactions at the branch
 Reconciling system float with the physical cash at the branch each working day
 Refunding cash wrongfully deducted from customers paycheck

Responsibilities as Risk Quality Officer:
 Ensure Credit Policy is strictly adhered with regard to quality checks.
 Thoroughly assessing pre-requisite document of prospective client and sending for approval of loan on
their behalf.
 Capture deals and disburse from the teller module
 Act as Customer Service Representative by receiving customers to the branch
 Checking the credit worthiness of clients
 Cashier- Paying client approved amount.
 Prepare and forward deals to Head office on time for scrutiny and submission
 Undertaking procedures for refunds and settlements.
Duties and Responsibilities as MSC:
 Searching for client to access afs loan facility
 Accurately filling all loan forms for client
 Establishing long lasting business relationship with client and company
TECHNICAL SKILLS/APTITUDE:
 General ICT knowledge and very good in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
 Special Skill in Tally Accounting Software usage
 Financial literacy and excellent record keeping skills
 Currently using CREDITEASE to capture credit information of our clients
