 Shop floor visits to ensure production process is going on smoothly
 Get material issued to shop floor from stores
 Plan manpower on the shop floor for production
 Ensuring that the set production targets of the day are met
 Create report at the end of the shift on material consumption and planned v/s
actual production
 Ensure that ISO documents are properly maintained
 Provide reasoning is set production targets are not met

 Inform senior officials if any design errors are noticed on the shop floor for
