CAREER OBJECTIVES :-
To gain the position of plastic engineer/manager -moulding with a view to make extensive
contributions from my experience in plastic processing and manufacturing gained in renowned
organisations.
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS :
 Excellent experience in handling of Aurburg, L&T, Ferromaticmilacran, Husky, FCS and
china make m/cs & MIR Thermoset injection moulding m/cs, compression and Transfer

ACHIEVEMENTS :-
1. In a 3pc powder cap there was problem with gap in caps after assembling. 2 Months
production held for quality issue. Then it was solved by me in assembling of 3pcs by bending
middle component and insructed assembly people to convert into ok parts.
2. opening force low problem in a shampoo cap part resolved by analysing Slip Additive
mixing composition.
3. weighing problems of produced goods & despatching inequalities sorted out many times and
awareness of weighing finished goods , provided to the packing people.
4. white cracks at ribs/ problem in actuator component solved by improving heat
removal from core and there by resulted component free ejection/ there by white marks
eliminated.
5. In thermoset injection moulding a suction device is incorporated to suck the hot air
during injection phase to avoid burning and porous problems in MCB cover and bottom
components.
6. Component weight issues solved many a times.
