Furthermore I have worked very much with NPD projects, and a.o. at VM Margarine / Puratos Nordic I was for more than 7 years teamleader for the test bakery and for the support re. recipes and baking that was offered to both craftsmen bakeries and foodservice customers, so that the customers remained loyal customers (at that time we trained the craftsmen bakeries in producing "Best in Class" "Danish Pastry" domestically and internationally, and we made already in 1999 an international website - www.margarine.dk, where the craftsmen bakers could get tips and advices re. baking of "Danish Pastry".
Through all the years I have worked very much with finding and spreading "Best Practices" across markets, stores, distribution channels and product categories, and exactly these experiences are VERY RELEVANT in your VERY PASSIONATED TEAM. £400,000 new business to the group. This was achieved from various market sectors such as Educational Publishers, Travel, Print
management and direct end users in North England, Belfast, Scotland and Dublin. My selling skills and ability to meet customer
needs ensured both new business and also return custom.

I was head-hunted to join Graphoprint selling 16pp/32pp Heat set Commercial Web print. Graphoprint had recently been re-

Self-starter generating my own leads based while working from my home selling commercial print in England, Scotland and
Ireland. I successfully managed customer accountants, providing all-round high quality service. Managed and over-saw all
printing orders, liaising with all sites across the UK to ensure quality of service and end product. I had many achievements such
as: Maintained contacts and won new sales orders from customer base developed in earlier career, successful track record of
problem solving on behalf of customers and as result of excellent working relationships with key customers, generated £700,000

Achievements
I represented St Ives being initially one of the first web printers in Ireland actively selling commercial print for the past 8 years I
have developed a good network and built excellent relationships with the publishing industry, retail and tourism industry
achieving million Euros.
Interests
I enjoy organising social events in my personal life. I am dedicated to charitable causes and have been involved in many runs in
order to raise money for organisations such as the Christie, British heart Foundation and Royal British Legion. Most notably I
took part in the ‘Hell Run’ at Delamere Forest and raised £600 for the British Heart Foundation.
