Drew Sterling has 15 years of experience in customer relations and operations management in the financial services industry. He currently serves as Operations Manager and Customer Service Representative at Doyle and Associates in Toronto, where he oversees administrative duties, leads staff meetings, and acts as an authorized lockup officer. Previously, Sterling worked at World Management Concepts, first as a Customer Relations Associate meeting with clients to refer accounts and investments, and later as Assistant Branch Manager where he developed sales culture and provided staff training.
