Marine experience
2010 to 2013 worked for Sonatide Marine, a joint venture between Sonangol and tidewater,
as Deck Cadet I worked on the Bridge with Masters and Officers on board tidewater supply
vessels, providing for offshore installations, companies, on the blocks underneath :
Total block 17 providing for FPSO DALIA, GIRASOL, accommodation barge Lancelot,
Saipem 12000.
BP on the Block 18, I had provided for FPSO PSVM, rig Deep sea Stavanger.
Maersk Oil block 21, I had provided for the rig OCEAN VALIANT.
Cobalt International block 21, I provided for the RIG CATARINA.
ENSCO on the block 31, provided for the drill ship DS6, and discoverer Luanda.
Duties on board
Passage planning, navigation using radar Arpa, or Ecdis, chart correction, daily correct
gyro error, ship stability, supervising deck cargo operations, wet and dry bulk

Oil Drilling experience
2014 currently working for SONADIETS LTD a joint venture between Sonangol and Dietsman
providing services for KCA DEUTAG drilling the block 3 Gazela project in behalf of
SONANGOL which is the owner of the project. On board BEN RINNES jack up rig . Being over
experienced on the areas underneath:
Assist the Barge Master and in cooperation with the logistic department postpone on
planning for the inbound cargo, and outbound cargo to the supply boat on board Ben Rinnes
Block 3, Gazela project.
Daily walk around all over the rigs in order to find out non conformities on board.
Postpone on meetings as per directional driller, tool pusher’s, rig superintendent project daily
drilling plan, and the operations on going onboard rig.
Accompanying all the LSA, equipment’s LIFESAVING EQUIPMENTS to be inspected, such as
on board or before coming on board.
Postpone on all pre safety job, every days around the rig . Give ideas on how to perform a
certain task seems the experience got on the deck and on the rig floor.
Ensure training and enhancing the crew know how to do in case of an emergency.
Planning as per barge Master orders and safety department the abandon rig plan and the
contingency plan, as well as get in contact with the marine and firefighting team.
Accompanying the preparation of the pipes for the wellhead
After the well bushing process ensure packer is on, to prevent the gas flow in high speed to
the surface.
After pre job safety meeting granted, preparation of the drill pipes, drill collars, as per
directional driller instructions. Reference as per drilling phase and stage.
Before the drill pipes, drill collars, and tubular going to the rig floor, lay them off tape it, take
diameter notes depending the reference eg: 13’8 or 95/8 and take notes prior while drilling
ahead.
Start drifting pipes process with air blown, to ensure no obstruction and free circulation on the
pipes to enter on the wellhead.
Assembling the B.H.A, (bottom hole assembly ) as per driller, assistant driller and tool pusher
plan and D.T and R team (drilling technician and remedial team) prior to circulate on the
wellhead.
Assessment of risers, drill collars, pipes such as prior to start drilling.

3. Follow plan, prepare sieves adjust accordingly T.B.T signed, make sure its sprinkle base oil on
the sieves and start valves on .
3 sieves on line and 1 on standby , as soon as starts coming out measure the weight with a
graduated scale and report it or make a page timely 15 minutes to ensure the weight of the
mud is heaviest to sustain the gas flow not to come into surface mainly areas where has
probability of H2S gas presence.
Check the speed of the mud timely and noti fy the driller and mud engineer.
EXPERIENCE ON THE SACKROOM
After pre job safety meeting is granted, make sure the documents are signed by the
supervisors of each department .
Control with the Derickman and as per mud engineer and check products with the DMC
(logistics) the products such as Eg: suremul, barite, calcium powder, the quantity has to be
mixed as per mud engineer orders, all this is mixed till it reaches the viscosity required.
Control the pits, check pumps on the pump room. Control the reserve tanks of mixed products
prior to produce mud to the wellhead bearing in mind the phase of drilling at the moment,
layer of soil reached.
Check the lines, gauges, reading the drilling screen as per feet or meters of the wellhead
reached.
Maintenance of the pumps in case its needed bearing the quantity of PSI of oil required as.
ACCOMPANYING THE STIMULATION PROCESS OF THE WELL HEAD
Sometimes get in contact with the schlumberger responsible man and company man, and
geophysics , after finish drilling the well needs to be stimulated , some occasions due to the
nature of the Geodetic, Nature of soil, rocks, then is need to dump out acid to stimulate the
wellhead.
